The staff, particularly event coordinators like Elissa and Ellen, receive frequent praise for their attentive and professional service, making weddings and events seamless and memorable. Fast greens. A few dog legs. Nice combination of short and Long par 3s. Not much for elevation. Sweet practice facility. And a nice clubhouse. Bermuda grass.

We could not have asked for a better wedding experience than what we had at Prestonwood Country Club. From the very beginning, Elissa was absolutely incredible to work with. She helped us bring our vision to life, from creating the exact signature cocktails we wanted to walking us through décor decisions and room layout logistics to make sure everything was perfect. She was attentive, responsive, and patient with every email and question, and truly made a very stressed bride feel calm and confident throughout the planning process. On the day of the wedding, Elissa, Casey, and the entire banqu…

The RDU Airport Authority Winter Celebration at the elegant Prestonwood Country Club was absolutely amazing from start to finish. The venue was beautiful, festive, and perfectly set the tone for a perfect evening. A special shoutout to Elissa the senior catering manager, who was truly outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, attentive, and accommodating with every request.

Sunday brunch was great. It had all breakfast items, omelet station, seafood bar with fresh oysters, salad bar, dessert bar, meat carving, fish and veggies and more. For dessert, among other items, bread pudding is a hit! Great view of the golf course.

We had our wedding reception take place here & it was beautiful! They have a stunning grand ballroom & their event coordinator Ellen was amazing to work with - she was so friendly and made us feel so taken care of throughout the entire process. So happy that we ended up going with this venue for our big day!

We had our wedding there in October and it was an amazing experience! From the first tour to the last meeting with Elissa, our great event manager, we knew that Prestonwood was going to make our day so special. Elissa was detailed, organized, thorough, and I was so confident that she would take care of everything for our reception. It’s a beautiful country club, the food was delicious, and overall highly recommend Prestonwood as a wedding venue.

Ellen and the entire Prestonwood Country Club team were great to work with for our wedding reception! Between being very responsive to emails, helping coordinate all of reception details, and overall making my wife and I feel like the highest priority during the reception, they made our day perfect! We recommend them very highly!

Prestonwood country club gave us the wedding reception of our dreams!!! We couldn’t have been happier on our wedding day! Ellen is absolutely amazing, a total superwoman! Very responsive, completely on top of everything and helped keep us calm and on top of everything leading up to the wedding day and on the wedding day itself. The food at Prestonwood was incredible - all our guests commented about how much they enjoyed the food and the desserts and cake! Hats off to the amazing chef and to the in-house pastry chef! Beautiful venue, very well organized and they take the stress out of wedding…

I had my bridal shower and wedding here . It’s really nice. They have SO MANY RESTRICTIONS for someone who wants out of the box ideas or things that are not traditional it’s hard. They also charge for things you bring in just for allowing you to bring them. (Ex: sparklers for bride and groom exit. You have to bring everything and they charge you just to allow you to do it outside on the steps - not allowed inside the building.) overall the wedding was great but it’s VERY VERY costly.

This course is so beautiful!! Went and watched the SAS Championship last year and they had so many cool aesthetics to the course and it’s cool the pga players come to Cary and the course looks mighty challenging but it’s a nice place. The hospitality was great and the pro shop was huge with a lot of cool things to buy. Definitely top 2 courses in the triangle.
