The course is in OK shape for being a small town. But unlike the name suggests, its not country club quality. It is however in much better shape than the other course locally. 🚨 Just don’t come hungry or looking to practice before. No food or range. When I golf with friends we all expect to be able to grab a bite either before or at the turn, and sometimes after. When the course packs the start schedule very 5 mins and thus we are stuck on the course for 5 hours behind others how does one stay properly nourished for the turn. 😔 Not only would it help the guest experience but it would likely…

The worst course I’ve ever seen. Holes all on the greens and horrible mosquitoes EVERYWHERE. I get that it’s only 30$ to play but go to the other course in Franklin. Absolutely horrible

I love this course. The people are friendly and it’s in a beautiful setting. The greens are pretty rough, but the relaxed environment and setting make it worth it to us.

It’s a decent course but could be amazing with money & staff invested in it. I hope someone buys it and fixes it up & reopens the restaurant. It needs work. Half the greens now look terrible with patchy black fungus and they’ve let numerous sand traps fill up with weeds & crabgrass. Last time I played (7-14-25), I could tell they had not been moving the hole locations with grass growing over the edges, because 1/2 the green areas are un-puttable. It needs a buyer. 🤞🏻For similar price, I suggest Apple Mtn or Smoky Mtn. Much nicer & better run.

The course is in good shape but the greens need work as do the approaches, however the fairways and tee boxes are in very good shape. The pace of play was great the scenery was pleasant. All in all it was a pleasure to play and we will play it again.

Nice layout, good fairways, about 1/3 of greens were in bad shape, fun course though!!

The course has a lot of potential but the greens are awful and bunkers are overgrown. Pictured is one of the better greens and bunkers. Most are overgrown almost entirely.

I've never - once - have had a bad experience playing this course. The course is consistently well maintained, the staff is consistently professional and the pin/tee placements vary enough to add variety to the play. On top of all of this, the course is also extremely affordable especially for what it offers.

This course could be good but the greens are absolutely the worst ive ever seen. They are pretty much unplayable. Some tee boxes need attention as well but can live with that.

A few years back my wife had given me a Christmas gift for a round of golf at Mill Creek. I ended up misplacing the certificate for about a year and a 1/2. When I found that certificate I tried presenting it to the owner and to my surprise she would not honor the certificate stating that it was only good for one year. I will never play that golf course again!
