The Imperial Palms Hotel & Resort

This hotel is comfortable and we'll appointed. However, the service is poor. The hot breakfast is great, but the food ran out within an hour of serving. I had to chase people down just to get a plate and to check out. There is a restaurant, but only one cook and poorly planned food. Most items were marked off on the menu. My dinner was fish tacos which were cold and rubbery. I'm very disappointed in the food service. I was here 2 years ago and it was wonderful. Not now.

In between no where and no where else. Currently under new ownership and they have remodeled all the rooms. The management is a great resource. The contractors were pretty shabby. Rooms are clean and there is a mystic attraction to this facillity others have stated it is a great place to see ghosts. Not for us, it has its challenges but consider the price the room value is much higher than they charge. We showed up on a bus tour with 50 guests. Was this an awesome Stop? Overall this place is a great one to stop overnight. Thanks go out to a great staff.

Obviously this place has been here for years wont lie was apprehensive pulling up. Steve checked me in was super friendly. Walked into room and did double take. The room was very nice and had modern design throughout. Was very pleasantly surprised. Front desk staff are ALL very friendly. Grounds are very well kept would come back for sure

I had a wonderful stay at the Imperial Palms Hotel and Resort! My room was very comfortable with many creature comforts and a fantastic air conditioner able to handle the heat. The bed was a delight, with the perfect firmness for my sleep. Best of all was the friendly staff who made me feel welcomed and cherished. Thank you for wonderful stay, Imperial Palms!

Didnt and wouldn't stay here place looks unkempt and dangerous and abandoned and some areas of motel had been burned and taped off NO THANK YOU

My family has been staying here for years. My dad's family is from Holtville and we've had many family events here. The staff is always so welcoming, you know you're in a small town. The facilities are clean and in the process of being upgraded. The owner stopped by our table at breakfast and offered his condolences, we were there for my dad's memorial. It's a home in what used to be our hometown.

I had the opportunity to hang out at the Caddies Sports bar inside the Barbara Worth and was pleased with the level of service I received. The bar maids were prompt with getting my drinks and food. Seems like a great place where locals meet up after work.

My recent visit at The Barbara Worth Resort and Country Club was fantastic. The staff was warm and genuine. The room and Restaurant prices are very affordable. My room overlooked the golf course with spectecular view. The room price was only $79 which is half of the price I paid in El Centro, where all the rooms face the parking lot with no real food and beverage facilities. For lunch I ate at The Caddies Sports Tavern and for dinner I ate at The newly opened Fields Restaurant. I highly recommend the newly opened Barbara Worth Resort.

We stayed at this location and it was a very nice place the rooms were very clean and plenty of space to move around. Very quiet and relaxing rest , I recommend this location to all who are looking to get a good night rest and who enjoy a nice clean room and such great price ....staff was friendly and attentive. 😁👍🏻

We were so pleased that we found this resort two years ago had wonderful time each year the management and staff treated us magnificently well; With excellent food coupled good golf; What more could we want We will be back again in 2015 Brian and Vickie Silk Calgary Canada

The rooms and bathrooms were spacious and clean but the hot water was not working. They let us use another room but not move in. So my 90 yo had to get an escort to another wing to take a shower.

Great Hotel!!! CADDIES is delicious and so is FIELDS when it's opened on Friday and Saturdays during the off-season. THE HOTEL IS HAUNTED!!! Great place to go see a ghost or two at night, just walk the grounds.
