I'm not the one to write a review, but as a paying member, the level of service at The Club is a disgrace. I used to go frequently. As the experiences became frustrating to sit through, the less I went. Going back months later at a time to see if anything has improved. I think it's gotten even worse. I'm not saying I haven't had good experiences, but I've had more that were bad than good. Especially the last few visits. I've had order of fries that I've waited over an hour for. Another experience where I ordered wings. The entire table receives their food and nearly finishes eating before I'…

Exceptional dining last evening at Timberlake Country Club! Dalton was an amazing server, and my filet mignon was delicious and cooked perfectly. Dalton said that the sous chef is exceptional in his execution of the meals this was clearly the case with 2 of us ordering filet mignon (cooked medium-rare) and the other 2 ordering lobster ravioli and the Stephen's pasta. Our 10-week-old grandson was with us and Timberlake Country Club worked hard to ensure that we were comfortable with where the baby was seated and that all our beverage and food needs were met. We were impressed, and want to give…

I came here with my family for a nice calm evening and it was good for the most part. Our server was very kind and attentive; and the food was great as well. I was just a little uncomfortable when one of the other workers (who turned out to be a manager) came over to us adamant on leaving a review. It came off as weird and pushy and I was not pleased. It seemed like she wanted to watch us write the review then and there. Otherwise the experience was good. I could just do without random managers urging me to leave them a review.

Nice track but the weather didn't make the round fun. Greens were very grainy but good. Driving range and putting green are good. They have gas carts with GPS on them. No coolers on cart but you go by the bar on the turn. Sand was a little rough but it was wet so I'll have to go back during a dryer time to see how the course plays.

The course was in excellent shape, the greens are meticulously maintained. The layout is unique, challenging, & scenic, beautiful views overlooking Lake Murray. The post-round food was also very good, all served fresh. The fries were piping hot and my smash burger was tasty. They also have quality beers on tap, I had a Mango Cart & it was ice ice cold. The staff were all friendly and professional. I didn’t get the bartender’s name but remember she was from Michigan. She was very nice and took good care of us. Overall our group couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Highly recommend an…

Played last Friday morning. Course is in very good shape. Greens were fast, don't be fooled by the putting green. We played as a twosome but didn't really run into anyone. Good value for the greens fee paid.

Played this morning with my brother not many people out there so we played in 3 hours and 5 minutes after playing thru a few groups. Had the opportunity to speak with Stan in the shop. He was an awesome guy. Professional and funny. Layout was great. Great views and fairways were well maintained. Attendant at the bar was friendly as well. Would definitely recommend a trip to the course.

Our family of 4 traveled to stay on Lake Murray for Spring Break and the Masters. Booking thru GolfNow / GolfPass+, we played the course on 3/30 and then decided to book another round on 04/02 thru the Pro Shop. Timberlake’s service and communication was excellent. We were able to use the practice facility before each round. The carts are brand new and have tablet-size GPS. The clubhouse and restaurant are very nice. The course was in great shape for both rounds and had a Masters-like feel with the yellow pins/flags. The greens on the back 9 have been replaced. They are looking to replace the…

My review is based on a 1 time encounter. I visited as the Primary DJ for their end of the year party. I noticed every person working here is happy, & very eager to help out. Nothing but top notch hospitality. The bar has a great selection of premium liqours, and excellent beer tap options (yeah the beer is cold too). The staff, manager, and chef are very talented. I really enjoyed getting to know the staff, and the members. It was raining this day,and night so I can't really review the golf course.

Been golfing and been to an event. Perfect burgers on a regular day, prime rib, seared tuna and all the other amazing treats were phenomenal. Good selection of craft beer and bourbon! Cheers to the chefs and down because this place rocks for food. The golf course is pretty nice, too!

Love, Love, LOVED this course with the beautiful views of Lake Murray throughout! We have friends who moved from where we live in Lake of the Pines, Auburn Ca to Chapin. We fell in love with the area and maybe someday we will get to enjoy this course more!!
