What People Say

In summary

Trafalgar Golf & Country Club is appreciated for its challenging layout, friendly staff, and generally well-maintained greens and fairways, making it a worthwhile experience for many golfers. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the high pricing relative to the course's condition and facilities, noting issues such as slow pace of play, patchy greens, and aggressive marshals. The clubhouse is under construction, and the course is set to close for industrial development, which adds to the mixed feedback.

Good service and pace of play, that’s about it. The course needs some work, lots of bad patches in the fairways and greens had some pretty sketchy spots on them too that screwed up some putts for me. $80 for 18 holes at 4:15 pm is a little ridiculous too, drop that price a bit and I might return :-)

Played it yesterday. Club house still under construction but the staffs at the restaurant/bar were lovely and so was the burger. The golf course is nice with very few golfers which was great as I finished in three hours.(I guess most people were still hanged over from the raptors game the night before) . I’m honestly not sure this course is worth the $103.57 that I payed. For a course with no complete clubhouse, no paved cart path which means people drive on the fairways Thereby damaging some spots. The roughs where freshly cut but not raked so balls are hard to find when you miss the fairways…

It's a fun course that is in good enough condition to enjoy a proper round of golf. Course was in better shape than some other reviews have suggested and the course was green considering the very dry conditions. I would really like to see a 9 hole twilight rate be introduced here. Pace of play was an issue at this course so 18 holes anytime after 4:00pm isnt likely to happen.

Very fast green. Nice.. Except some tee box needs protection from nearby tee box. Nice lay out but little bit expensive. Maybe could be cheaper by $20.00. I was invited by a member so I got $10.00 discount and with power cart, I've paid over $95.00 .. $75 should be appropriate to my standard.. anyway I had good round and was satisfied.

Fair but tricky track. Staff is fantastic. Drinks and food are very reasonably priced. Practice range is Solid- same with putting area. Course is usually in VERY good shape but last August it was really torn up. Good to see it back in great condition this year

This is a private club turned public soon to be an industrial park or subdivision. It’s a great price but the course is nothing special although I do like the one hundred plus sand traps all around the holes, sand is moderate soft but you almost have to play them like waste bunkers. The fairways are in good shape and the greens are fairly well maintained. Not a lot of water on this course but pace of play is slooooow!

I was invited by the member and we have amazing time at the course despite the weather. The grass and the bunkers were well kept so they were easily playable all around the 18. Stuff was wery friendly too so I can clearly recommend this run to all the golfers out there.

Greens are decent, but was patchy and some greens were soft. Trying to order is a trip to hell; QR code not working, no one answers either.. Cart girl doesn't make her rounds much either. Such an awful service here. You're better off bringing food and drinks yourself or you'd become a desert lizard out here in the summer. For the price they are charging (If it's even going to the course AND kitchen) it does not match the quality of service....

What a great course, was lucky enough to be paired with a course pro from there. Fairway conditions were great and they are wide enough to take the driver out:) Greens were in excellent shape, not too fast, just enough. Will be back for sure.

The only good thing about this golf course is that I currently have time to write this review. We are waiting, as we have since the first tee box, on the 16th tee with our round at 4hrs25mins. The food in the clubhouse is atrocious, we’ve seen the cart girl once since we began this marathon, and there is no marshal. There is debris all over the course so it’s impossible to find even a good shot. Don’t waste your time or money here.

This course is in horrible shape. The tee blocks were all either burnt out, or destroyed with unrepaired divots. The greens were also ruined from lack of maintenance, and there were tons of bunkers that were unplayable and had exposed drainage pipes. To top it all off a number of holes had full garbage cans with garbage littered all around them. The head pro was on the course, and we found him to be rude. Overall this course is terrible value at $100 for 18 riding, one of the worst values in the city, which is a shame because it’s a beautiful layout with tons of potential if it was properly ma…

The course is good for beginners and amatures. I went as a group of 4 and we had to tee off 20 min after our tee time because they were so backed up. The Marshall was extremely rude and told my friend not to smile when he approached us and we asked about the pace of play. He apologized and said he was having a bad day, but thats still no excuse for him to lash out at a paying customer..
