Turf Valley Resort

Resort is being renovated but is still very nice and rates are reasonable. Front desk employees were friendly, courteous, professional and well informed. The whole process was easy and comfortable. The room was nice, spacious and easy to control the temperature. One small glitch in the bathroom sink but everything else was quite comfortable

We stayed at Turf Valley Resort from December 8 to 15, 2025, while visiting family in the U.S., and overall had a very pleasant and comfortable experience. Our suite was comfortable and well appointed, and the inclusion of a full kitchenette was particularly convenient for an extended stay. An option to better partition the suite would improve privacy and flexibility, particularly for longer stays. We got the romantic package that had the massage, overnight stay and breakfast. Massage was great. Room was ok. On the outdated side but definitely huge. Breakfast was also ok. Coffee was just a cup. Not even in a small pot with 2-3 cups. Staff (spa, restaurant and front desk). Gave it a low rating because we were awakened by renovation. We were not informed beforehand nor was it mentioned at the time of booking/checkin. We booked a hotel to celebrate our anniversary to enjoy a quiet morning without the kids and waking up to reno noise wasn't great.

Basic conference center hotel in a private golf club. Okay if your organization has rented space for an event and you need rooms to ensure guest safety/not having to drive home after drinking. Hotel staff are a bit indifferent to non-members.

I stayed the weekend for a group celebration: The staff were very friendly and the location was beautiful. The inside also had beautiful Christmas decorations and places throughout the hotel where you could take pictures at different backdrops. The spa was absolutely amazing as well. The only complaints that I had were: 1) the walls in my room were very thin so I could hear my neighbors; and 2) both nights I stayed I ate at Alexandra’s there food came out of the warm. Turf Valley Resort is the best wedding venue! Choosing Turf Valley was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during the wedding planning process. Absolutely beautiful. Staff was friendly and quick. Room was beautiful. For the shower in 622, the cover isn't on properly. Just turn it past the red numbers to the black again and it gets hotter. Beds are comfortable but watch out for the frame. That sucker will take your calves out! Pic below. Spa was so relaxing and staff was super kind. Deep Tissue Massage was perfect and the indoor pool was clean and warm. Food was great from Alexandra's. We got the the Mahi and Salmon. Both perfectly cooked. Property is lovely overall. Can't wait to see it in the summer.

The perfect venue for the perfect day! As soon as we saw the venue, we knew we wanted to get married here. From the outdoor garden to the ballroom and all of the amenities they offered, this was the perfect place to gather all of our family and friends. We were greeted with the best hospitality as soon as we met Jenny. We worked with Jenny and Jianna all the way up to the wedding day and they made the whole process so easy and stress free. This was a nice find for a weekend getaway. The restaurant on site was very good and the room were pleasantly spacious, clean, comfortable and warm atmosphere. Would highly recommend if you’re staying in the area.

Plenty of free parking space on site. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and smoking free facility. Delicious food with great selections and services. Friendly staff at the front desk. This is a perfect facility for conferences, events, relaxation, or simply for dinning. I enjoyed this experience.

Second year attending a work conference at the property. Meeting halls are nice and food provided is delicious. Did not utilize the hotel/resort portion, so not able to attest to the quality of the rooms or amenities.

Turf Valley Resort positions itself as a reputable, well-established resort, but my most recent stay exposed a serious failure in how guests are treated when something goes wrong. During my stay, my vehicle was broken into on the property, resulting in a shattered window and over $500 in damage. Incidents can happen anywhere; what matters is the response. Turf Valley’s response was dismissive and disengaged, offering no meaningful concern and no effort to resolve the situation in a reasonable way.
