In summary

Waynesboro Country Club is appreciated for its enjoyable and well-maintained course, particularly the greens and fairways, which are kept in good condition despite some sparse areas. The club offers a range of amenities, including a driving range, pro shop, and swimming pool, and is noted for its friendly staff and reasonable rates. However, some visitors have experienced issues with scheduling and course accessibility, and there are occasional concerns about the condition of facilities like bathrooms and tee boxes.

Very enjoyable course. I usually trek down a handful of times each year. The tees and greens were recently overseeded with rye grass for winter play. Small greens with 5 sets of tees.

Good greens, rolling true. Fairways in good shape. Some are sparse, but good players can hit from them. They are putting work into the course. Likely repairs still lingering from hurricane helene damage. Watch out for the old gents that will hop in front of you as you make the turn, but they'll be out of your way, and then there are the fivesomes. Tee boxes have seen better days, but no problem since you use tees. Enjoyed the 3 hour round with the wife, after teeing off first thing at 8.

Nice 18 hole course with putting green, driving range, pro shop and swimming pool Course plays differently with the removal of many pines and other old trees. Much more open. Overseeded greens and tees for the winter make year round play enjoyable

I explained to the gentlemen that we called he wasn't interested I explained we drove an hour and his words were "that's ashame" let me say this we had a diverse group and I question the gentlemens motives as to why we couldn't play.
