Charlevoix Golf Course

Love this 9 hole municipal course! Walking only,but it gives you more time to really enjoy the beauty. Deer walking around enjoying the course with you.

Since mid August, I have seen countless deer, a fox, an eagle and all the usual wildlife on this walking course within the city limits - and some beautiful sunrises and sunsets.

Nice little 9 Hole Muni Course...seemed a little on the pricey side for 9 holes, but sure they have a short season here so not bad all considering. I'd like to comment on the Fairways but never found them, lol...but seriously the course was in nice shape and would definitely recommend if you're looking for a nice little 9 Hole Muni as opposed to the Country Club experience and cost.

This is the best course you will ever play! I have played here with my son for four years now and it gets better every year. Doug has done wonders with the youth program here, tacked on to the phenomenal job that the grounds crew does. I am extremely proud of the job they do and how they represent our community!

Thought I was going to pay $20 to play all day. Nope! $15. Great deal for a course with a bunch of charm. They had aerated the greens, which was the reason for the reduction in cost, but the course was still very playable. Always well kept, friendly staff (from the front desk to the grounds crew), moderately challenging, a great value at certain times of the year, and affordable the rest of the season. So stop reading and go!

Crazy people leaving 1 star reviews for flags or affordable housing or some other crazy rambling. This is an awesome walking only 9 hole muni course.

I've driven by it for years I decided to play it last year it was in very good shape they don't take tea time so you have to show up and it is what it is for a small little nine hole course it caters to children very very well and does not put them in any danger by crossing US 31 the greens are in really good shape the layout is decent.

Course does not drain well. No one fixes ball marks and divots. Mark at clubhouse was rude to our group from when we paid, bought drinks at the bar, and left. If your not a member save your money and okay somewhere else.

Please take pride in your American flag and what it stands for. Our flag should not be flown in unserviceable condition (as it has for weeks) and dishonors our Country and those who have served to protect it. Thank you.

Don’t waste your time as a visitor. This course doesn’t want anyone to play but their own. Doug ( guy answering phone) needs an attitude check. Who closes a municipal course for a scramble.

I love going here. My sister and I like to go together because its just so beautiful!

what an absolute gem! i’ve driven by for 40 years and never played. I will be back!!
