In summary

Chicopee Country Club is frequently praised for its well-maintained course, lush fairways, and challenging yet enjoyable layout suitable for various skill levels. The clubhouse and food offerings receive positive remarks, and the addition of GPS range finders in carts is appreciated. However, some visitors express concerns about the pace of play, closely spaced tee times, and high cart fees, while a few note issues with staff attitudes and course amenities like bunkers and practice facilities.

Course was in good condition and a nice layout for a local course. Weekend morning the pace of play was very poor. Will be over a 4:45 18. Maybe space out tee times more. Would come back again mid week

Great golf course with wonderful undulating greens. Fairways lush and wide. Played in under 4 hrs, always a plus. Only downside was attitude of some of the staff. Think they would appreciate the business!.

One of the nicer courses we played this year. It was in great shape. The fairways were lush and the greens looked great. It was raining on and off so the putting was off. Nice club house. Overall very well maintained.

I've played this place a couple times and it's a pretty nice layout that's in pretty good shape. Shot variety is pretty high and you can walk it. While there might be a hole or two that have twins, you'll end up using most of your clubs. And there isn't a lot of development around so it's easy to forget you aren't in a forest. (Well, you are... technically, but there's forest and then there's bush were you might never return. This place is that first kind.) And a lot of courses these days have big issues with ball mark fixing and divot replacement. The people playing this course aren't perfe…

This is a great public course. Well cared for. Good food and has a beverage cart ( huge). Greens are good and greens fees are reasonable.

I learned how to golf at Chicopee Country Club. We played on a $3 Junior Pass. Well I went on to be a PGA PROFESSIONAL in Western Mass. i went back today and I can HONESTLY say that I have NEVER seen the course in such beautiful shape as I did today. The greens, the tees were awesome. I really was treated like a KING and that is due to the Golf Professional and his staff. I couldn't have had a better day. Thank you!

Love this course but turning on the sprinklers during a hot day when the place is packed already and now everyone has to stop, isn’t the best idea. Especially when the rangers come out and start telling you to pick up the pace. Water the course when the day is done.

Hands down one of the worse venues to have your wedding at. The managers did everything in their power to put up a road block for my sisters wedding. Every step of the way it was issue after issue. They seem to take pride in sabotaging your wedding. Awful people.

Cold, cloudy, misty day but that didn’t matter. The price of golf is reasonable but the price for a drive cart is outrageous. It’s $20 per person per car. That’s $40 per cart and a foursome pays $80 two carts. The price of golf for the foursome was $100; a very reasonable rate for two seniors and non seniors, all city residents. The price of two carts was $80; absolutely unreasonable and outrageous enough to never play there again using a drive cart or never playing there again-ever or until their rates for carts is reasonable. The course is challenging but it’s not worth $20 per person per…

This is one of my favorite places to play in Western Mass. Course is always in good shape. Food from the grill is always great so you are missing out if you don't get a burger or dog.

The course was in really good shape. The greens were fine, held well, and the speeds were consistent. Only real complaint were the bunkers. All gravel and no sand. Far too many rocks.
