The Country Club of Gwinnett is often praised for its beautiful and well-maintained course, friendly staff, and reasonable pricing, making it a popular choice for both casual and serious golfers. The club offers a photogenic setting with a variety of challenging holes and a welcoming atmosphere. Beautiful, photogenic and fun course to play with a practice range. They offer 18 holes only but the price is very reasonable ($40-50 per person).

Gwinnett Country Club has been an awesome experience from day one. The course itself is always in fantastic condition — fairways are well maintained, greens roll true, and the overall atmosphere makes it a great place whether you’re playing a quick round or spending the entire day there. You can tell the staff takes pride in keeping the club looking great. What really stands out though is the people. Every employee we’ve interacted with has been welcoming, helpful, and genuinely friendly. Membership Director LauraAnne especially deserves recognition. She goes above and beyond to make members…

Played at end of winter so course condition was still a bit rough. Greens were surprisingly nice and course layout was not too difficult. Nice club and good value for money. Would play again. Probably 5 stars once all the turf grows back in for the year.

Great Course -- some challenging holes....but one green-drivable par 4. The club is working hard to ensure the course is in great condition. The front office staff is fantastic to work with -- I highly recommend a membership (they have different types depending on your desired amount of play). Marshals are friendly and help keep pace of play acceptable for everyone without being obnoxious. Even had a marshal help me out when I forgot to pack a cigar out of his own stash.

Was greeted in the ProShop by the attendant and he asked “what can I help you with Bossman?” Derogatory. I have never been anyones boss nor will I ever be someone’s boss. I find this demeaning. The kid did not tell us that it was cartpath only. Course was very dry. Did not have to be cartpath only. My playing partner today was JIm. Turns 80 in the next month. My golf cart did not work most of the front side. It kept stopping and needed to be restarted. Jim offered to haul me in, but I stayed with this cart. We swapped carts after he finished the ninth hole. When we swapped, I did not grab my…

Went today with my twin 7-year-olds. The driving range was closed due to recent rain, so we just practiced putting and didn’t end up playing a full round. Still had a good time. Staff was friendly. The gentleman in the restaurant gave my girls each a rose that was left over from Valentine’s Day, which they thought was pretty cool. Overall, a nice visit and we’ll be back.

What happened to this course? Used to be a nice local country club. Green, tea box, fairways are all in terrible condition. To make it worse or number 13 and 15 were closed without any notice. The clubhouse will not issue any credit for closed holes. Paid for 18 holes played only 16. Terrible experience

I played Gwinnett Country Club recently, and the course itself has a solid layout with some fun shot-making opportunities. Overall it was a decent experience, but there are a few things that definitely need attention. We were scheduled to tee off at our assigned time but didn’t get on the tee until 30 minutes later due to overcrowded bookings. The pace-of-play management made the round feel rushed, and we barely finished before sunset. Better spacing of tee times would make a huge difference. The greens and driving range could use more consistent maintenance as well. Conditions weren’t unpla…

A beautiful and challenging course for a middle handicap like myself. Reasonably priced and not impossible to get a good tee time. Many different ways to play a lot of the holes, looking forward to going back, my goal is to shoot 4 less next time haha

Terrible course. Showed up for a 2:30 tee time about 45 minutes early and instantly got told we had to wait until 3:15 because “they are a little backed up”. All of this due to their own incompetence in running a junior PGA event. Then 3:15 comes around and we get told “you’re next out I swear” and we still hadn’t even got a damn cart. 3:35 eventually came around and we still didn’t have a cart so we just got our money back and left. They gave carts to parents so they can drive around and follow their juniors while they play but can’t even give carts to customers. Embarrassing. Terribly ran. I…

Greens are great! Fairways always mowed for ball roll out. Pace of play good. Price quite reasonable. Have played here 26 years now. Men’s groups for weekend weekday golfers are fun with many friends met.

I have not personally played on this course, but I have been there frequently to walk and exercise after hours. As far as looks and aesthetics goes, this is a beautiful course. Very well maintained and from various people that I do know play here, they've had nothing but good things to say about this facility.
