In summary

Eagle Greens At Southland is appreciated for its beautiful and challenging course layout, with well-maintained greens and scenic views, particularly on the back nine. Visitors commend the friendly staff and reasonable pricing, especially through deals on platforms like GolfNow. However, some guests express concerns about the condition of bunkers, cart paths, and tee boxes, as well as the lack of amenities such as a halfway house, adequate food and beverage services, and restroom facilities on the course. Additionally, issues with pace of play and overall course maintenance have been noted by several players.

Ok so here it is, I was visiting and find this course on Golf Now, price was descent. Course said it opened 7 and the guy at pro shop showed up a bit late like 10 min. We didn’t have any clubs since we were visiting but the manager was kind enough to find few sets for us to play, not your brand new TM or titleist haha, we played with whatever we were able to find but that was really cool, that he took the time to get few putters and equipment. We proceeded to play and OMG this golf course it is beautiful, I was mad in a way because as you can read in other reviews, things are missing , like bu…

Liked the layout. Course condition was ok. Greens looked like they had not been cut in a week but were surprisingly quick and rolled decent. Pretty wet since it rained a good bit in the days before we played and that made some shots really difficult. The kid in our group paid his age which was nice. Course doesn’t come back to clubhouse after 9 and the beverage/food is made available by a guy riding around with coolers. After 18 we asked to play a few more holes and were told to go ahead. Got behind a group of 6 boys playing together. Since they didn’t get together until after hole 1 I don’t t…

This is a solid $45 course. Greens are nice. Fairways are better than most. Tough course with all the hills. Some updated carts and sand in the traps would make this place nice

We rented one the club house for our family reunion. It was spacious for 60+ people. We were able to utilize an indoor area for the kids' playroom. Apart from the busted kitchen faucet and cobwebs in some windows. It was a great space for the price.

Beautiful course in the mountains. Nice greens and well maintained fairway. Couldn't finish because I had to jump on a Zoom call and they raincheck me for 9 holes. Great customer service and good pricing.

Solid 4 star course imo. The worst of it are definitely the bunkers. Virtually unplayable on most holes due to erosion, but you take relief and play on. Not the end of the world. The rest of the course is fantastic. Especially the greens. Some of the best around Atlanta. Very receptive and roll true. Fairways are really good. And the majority of tee boxes are in good shape. Putting/chipping area is nice and decent driving range. Kind of annoying that there isn't a turn at the clubhouse for food, but that is what it is. Course layout is really cool. Some fun, short par 4s that make you thin…

Staff is very nice. Facilities are clean. Just old. Cart paths are rough. Fairways and rough are very dry and hard. Not a long course but requires accuracy. A good challenge. 18 hole over the water is beautiful.

The greens are nice and smooth with a medium range speed. The fairways need a touch more length on the grass. Overall the course is in good condition. Staff is friendly and lots of natural scenery on the course.

Greens are in excellent shape. Tee boxes not so much but it's not a huge issue. Great course overall and good scenery!

Awesome golf course. Tricky, challenging Layout. Greens are fast and in good condition. Unfortunately there is no halfway house/snack bar. Price deals in GOLFNOW are great. The rough is a little long, and it’s difficult to find the ball.
