Country Club of Hilton Head

Beautiful property. Attended an event as part of the food and wine festival. Staff was great and the place was very clean and well maintained.

A solid, well-kept course. Relaxed Lowcountry vibe. The back nine, especially the closing holes, really shine. Classic Hilton Head charm, very laid-back but still polished. Well worth a round if you’re in the area, though you will need an invite (its members only)

We came here for a family event and everyone was so kind and amazing! Karla is one of the most amazing and kind people that I have ever met! She was so helpful in every situation!

Golf course in poor condition for a country club. No halfway house open.

For charging a full fee to play, this was absolutely disappointing. At checkin we were told there were 6 temporary greens, but not when reserving the tee time. Also there were at least 8 more greens with large areas roped off, the rest of the greens were horrible also. Many bare spots around the course. Maintenance workers driving in front of you when you go to hit. Just a very poor experience. As an Invited Ckub you should be ashamed of the quality of this course.

We were there for a luncheon. The food was delicious, fresh and served quietly without a hitch. I don't even remember them picking up my plates because they were so courteous and quiet. All except for the cranky "busy" woman at the greeters desk, it was perfect!

Have attended 2 functions here in the past 6 months. Both were outstanding. Food was very good, prompty served, beautifully presented, and the waitstaff was most accommodating. The acoustics in the ballroom are very good, as one function I attended was quite large with noisy tables, yet people could still hear conversations at their own table. The outside views are lovely in all the clubhouse rooms, which are also comfortably furnished. Organizers of both events have said the staff is a pleasure to do business with, and have highly recommended this place for future events.
