In summary

Cypress Lakes Golf Club is appreciated for its scenic layout, well-maintained greens, and friendly staff, making it a popular choice for both golfers and those enjoying other activities like fishing. Many visitors commend the course for being beginner-friendly and offering good amenities, such as warm-up balls and a clubhouse with quality service. However, some guests have experienced issues with course maintenance, particularly in the fairways and bunkers, and have noted occasional lapses in customer service and organization, such as crowded conditions and scheduling mishaps.

So we don't come here to golf, even though we always see tons of people golfing and everyone is super nice. My son and I actually come here to fish in all the ponds they have. It's an awesome place for fishing and from the looks of it, for golfing to.

We had quite a nice outing today. The course was in reasonable shape. The fairways had a lot of mowed grass sediment throughout from the recent rains. That grass hindered ball roll. The greens were in great shape and were lightning fast. The fastest for this time of year, and the fastest I’ve seen in a while. The pace was ok, but I felt a bit pushed. The twosome in front of us was a bit slow. Overall it was a good experience. We were able to avoid the water hazards on most holes. A free bucket of warm up balls for each player and a pretty good pitching and chipping green.

Beautiful Cypress greens. Was here for a fundraiser and honestly couldn't of asked for a better course. Awesome course for beginners to intermediate. Great club house and service.

Love playing in this course ! No often I landed on the bunker but I did this time and noticed bunker was hard as a concrete? Odd! Pace was great and great customer service at check in time.

First time on a gulf course, experience was great, thanks to my friend Vu I actually made a few pots from about 50 feet. Beginners luck lol!

Great course. Greens were rolling very good and the tee boxes presented well. The driving range was a bit on the “heavily used” side, but at least your round included a small basket of balls. We played on a holiday weekend and still got 18 holes finished in 4:20 mins. Marshall made his rounds twice and the beverage cart swung by at least three times. Challenging but score-able course. Round was $85.00/person. I would recommend to a friend to play here.

Used to be a great underrated spot. Way way too busy as of late, pretty overrun and crazy. Not enough marshalling, people cutting you off teeing off in front of you when you’re already standing on the back tee waiting for the fairway to clear. Was a member for years and since they’re so busy and doing well for themselves no one even asked why I abruptly canceled my membership.

Terrible course. It is more like a goat ranch or a pasture and they still charge $81. They should be paying people to play here. Not worth a single star. Oakhurst or Huffman is better than this place and they aren’t in good shape most of the time.

The course is always in pretty good shape, never a bad day. Golfers play pretty quickly overall. Staff is always really nice to me and my parents. Lakes are absolutely beautiful on this course. If you live near cypress and are an avid golfers Like us, you should give them a try! Always a good experience.

Called this course Friday morning to schedule a tee time. I spoke to an employee that worked at the pro shop and set a tee time for 3:09 pm for 3 people on 4/27. The guy tells me that I am good to go for Sunday. I arrive Sunday to the course to only be told that I do not have a tee time so we will have to wait 45 minutes for a cart to be available and I'm out of luck. They did nothing to accommodate and no accountability was held, honestly really was disappointed because the course isn't the best but it's not the worst so just hate that I kind of liked it. The pace of play was horrible but for…

My first 18 holes played here. 5 minutes from home. I go to the driving range and hit ball’s at least once a week.
