Hearthstone was perfect for our cheer banquet. The staff were amazing and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them for any event.

Brutal customer service. What appears to be an older woman is in charge of “memberships” Goodluck getting simple information on what that looks like, much less actually getting to go out and tour. Called 5-6 times over the last week and short of a 10 second phone call from a random cell phone (not the business line) that was dropped upon answering, we can’t get anyone to connect. Don’t believe me try calling for yourself

There are some good things about Hearthstone but the customer service and food are not good. The food has gone downhill. The buffets are over priced and the food is almost inedible in general. The orders don’t come out right. I ordered kids chicken tenders and received the wrong ones and they were burnt. This is not the first time this has happened. It happens over and over again. When I spoke to the manager about getting the correct tenders he said they don’t have them anymore and rudely walked away. The manager Conner, has horrible customer service. Conner is very rude to the clients and can…

My friend invited me to have a quick drink with her at this golf place and a blond woman probably worked in an office here, was not very welcoming at all! she was rude to us for no reason.

Called about getting information on membership and spoke to Pam. She is incredible. Gave me all the info I wanted plus much more, offering her personal insight. After calling several other golf courses, she was by far the easiest to deal with, giving me clear information. She is a total all star!

I'll give it 2 stars for the pleasant guy in the restaurant. But the pro shop guys are abysmal. I guess the tall dude is the club pro, thought he was so funny about being a "country club with NO daily rates available". Then went on to joke with his pinky out "pretend" drinking a cup of tea, that they were kind of like Royalty there I guess as his cronies in the shop laughed away. I gotta tell ya, I was practically weaned in snobby Clubs but this place takes the cake. By the way, I'm searching for a club to join and I would NEVER send my money their way. They failed my little "test" walking in…

Canceled my membership!!!!! Service at the club is sub par. Food has gone down hill. The rudeness to the members is uncalled for. Then calling me at 9:45am in the morning to go over why I am leaving. Guess what, I’m at work. You know the thing you have to do to pay for your expensive membership that is honestly not worth it. The only reason to have a membership there is for the kids to use the pool in the summertime. Other than that, practically useless.
