Had the honor of shooting a wedding here and it turned out amazing! The golf course and greenery served as the perfect spot for my couples wedding ceremony and their wedding day portraits. The Elk River Club is top of the line and is situated in a gorgeous area. The golf course is pristine and stunning. There is a nice park with a playground and a dog park that is right on the water- beautiful! I didn’t get to enjoy all of the amenities that the Elk River Club offers but I was very impressed with what I did see.

Went to Duke and love NC overall. However this place Elk River is the very best place overall that I know for finding just the right mix of incredible people in the very best facilities....golf, tennis. Hiking, fishing, Equestrian riding and horse boarding and a jetport capable of planes from C150s up to Falcon 50. We regularly fly single engine turboprops and twinjets. Wonderful place. Everything you could want. 23 years now. .
