Course was in great shape and very challenging. Priced accordingly in my opinion. 164 for 2 players to play 18 and a cart. Club house was beautiful on the inside. Will definitely come back if we come back to Vabeach

I haven't played here since highschool and it's immaculate. A little tougher than most public courses in Virginia Beach, so hackers beware! No snacks on cart and cash only is ridiculous. Dying of thirst on the course. Thanks for that.

Maybe it was the time of year but for an October round we felt the course was in rough shape. Booking a tee time online was super easy. Staff was friendly too.

Great warm up areas. Friendly staff. Great carts. Discount for locals which is very nice. Course was in great shape minus some areas on the greens. I think the weather has caused some of the issue with the grass on the greens. Overall great course!

In town for conference and just called to get tee time…man with northern accent who was taking tee times very rude. Had a couple simple questions and he acted like I was bothering him. So I will not be playing there, not that they probably care, but you really should have better customer service if you want business.

Course was nice. Ranger was obnoxious. Came up and yelled at us multiple times about pace of play and we finished in under 4 hours

Pro Shop staff is terribly rude. It was made clear that “public” golfers are tolerated and not welcome. The course itself had lots of rough spots that need attention. Greens are very small and many are in awful shape. If you are considering this course and aren’t a member, go somewhere else. Brian in the Pro Shop would prefer it.

Had a great time. The course was in good shape and was challenging but fair. The people in the pro shop were very pleasant. I would definitely play here again.

We went two days after the area received 12 inches of rain but the front nine was open and was in pretty good shape. They were the only course open in the area so the drainage must have been pretty good. The greens had been burned out in some areas over the summer and had just been aerated so putting was difficult. All in all a good course.

Played here for the first time today and couldn’t have been more impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the course is in great shape. It’s definitely very challenging, but allows for any skill level to have a great time here. Was so impressed by it that I decided to join! Can’t wait to return!

Played in late February, the course is very nice and in good shape. Staff was friendly. Only negative was it seemed every green punished you for being pin high, almost every green slope from back to front. Lots of putts slide away from the hole.

Beautiful, greens are true and all past aeration. Fairways are green and give good roll. I highly recommend this course, oh, the customer service is tops. Play Heron Ridge, you'll be glad you did. Keep smiling.
