This casino delivers a really solid experience from start to finish. The place is clean, well-organized, and has a great vibe without feeling overcrowded. There’s a wide variety of games—from slots to table games—so it’s easy to find something you enjoy, whether you’re a beginner or more experienced. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help, which makes a big difference. Drinks and food options are good, and service is okay did take really long time to get my food. To receive my food took about two hours at the restaurant bar next to the slots machine. That is my only c…

★★★★★ Inn of the Mountain Gods Resort & Casino is truly one of the most special destinations in our area. The setting alone is incredible — overlooking the lake, surrounded by mountains, and beautifully maintained year-round. Whether you’re staying overnight or just stopping in for an evening, it always feels like a true getaway without leaving home. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed, the dining options are excellent, and the casino and entertainment add just the right amount of excitement. One of our favorite experiences is watching the fireworks over the lake — it’s unforgettable…

Beautiful location. Had room with mountain view. They could use Downy in their wash. Towels, etc. rough. Toilet paper like sandpaper. Broken Arrow restaurant excellent. Spa outstanding. Very nice pool and exercise room

The casino’s location and views are beautiful, and the rooms are well kept. On the surface, it looks like a great place to stay. However, the customer service was disappointing. Several staff members came across as unwelcoming and uninterested in helping. It felt like guests were an inconvenience rather than the reason the business exists. Good hospitality makes the experience — and unfortunately, that’s where this place fell short. With better training and attitude from staff, this could easily be a top-tier destination.

The hotel is magical.......the rooms are spacious and well appointed. Our room had a balcony with a view of the lake. Sitting in the sun on the balcony was heavenly after a long day getting here. The food is amazing. We ate in Wendells tonight. My filet was perfect and we ordered cheesecake to take to our room. It was devine. The staff are kind.

Great place to relax andnspend some time away from home. The drive in was great, nice and scenic. Rooms were good size with balcony. I stayed on a Thursday and the room was a great price. I would have stayed another night but the price jumps up significantly for Friday and Saturday. The food court has 4 small spots, a coffee spot along with a Japanese grill I believe, a Sbarros pizza, and Whalburgers which is what I had eaten during my stay. The restaurant was good and really fast service during breakfast and good food. The Lil store has all the necessities that you would need for snacking and…

The hotel, overall, was the most wonderful experience. We found cleanliness, order, and hospitality were of the highest standard. The only suggestion is for the particular room in which we stayed as the mattress sagged on one side. Overall, five stars, most definitely. The room, in case those at the Inn of the Mountain Gods are reading this, was 621.

I’m writing to express my disappointment with the Luke Bryan concert. I spent nearly $400 on two tickets and left feeling extremely let down. Unfortunately, the performance did not live up to the price or expectations. There were long gaps between songs while he tuned his guitar, and at times he appeared unprepared, even forgetting lyrics. Overall, he performed for barely an hour, which felt very short considering the cost of the tickets. The experience left me feeling like I didn’t receive the value I paid for. In contrast, just this past weekend we attended a Dwight Yoakam concert. We paid…

We've been to this hotel about two times and I must say that both visits were absolutely amazing! Rooms are comfy and have some pretty detailed illustrations as well as a faux fireplace, food is delicious, the view overlooking the lake from the main lobby is gorgeous and just staying here educates you about local history and customs. Have heard concerts have been hosted here as well, so that's cool.

A beautiful and romantic getaway spot! My wife and I recently visited the Inn of the Mountain Gods in Ruidoso, and it was absolutely breathtaking! Even though we didn’t stay overnight, the visit itself felt like a mini getaway. The views of the lake surrounded by mountains were peaceful and picture-perfect — the kind of scenery that makes you stop and take it all in. We spent time walking around the resort, enjoying the casino, and having a delicious meal while taking in the view. Everything was clean, relaxing, and welcoming. The staff were kind and made the experience even better. It’s tru…

I only visited did not stay overnight. Some of the slot techs, dealers, and floor supervisors were very kind. The cashier was rude(Denise) and acted like she didn't want to do her job. I waited until we were done with the transaction to tell her I've been in this business 25 years. Fix your face you're in customer service. I've also worked for native american casinos before where they have native american preference. This is ruining your business. I talked with the floor manager of table games and slots(Denny). I had applied for a job there and told him of 2 instances as a customer where I was…

I came for sights and food. No buffet as advertised. Food court had "more grease than beef" Indian fry bread 🌮 . They put tomatoes on the tacos, even after I asked them not to, on both orders. However, I did win 50$ in free play, with my companion turning her free 100$ into 720$ we could take home. Absolutely beautiful scenery though.
