Innsbrook Village Country Club

Rented a town home #60 for the Christmas week and it did not disappoint. Our rental had everything we needed for a home away from home. Location is near Albertsons for food, downtown, and other event locations. They have a golf course on location. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love this place! We are already planning our stay for next year. There is nothing like it in Ruidoso! It's hard to explain if you haven't stayed here - beautiful grounds, 2 ponds with waterspouts and fishing, a par 3 golf course (which we did not expect to be this nice!). We have met so many people staying here and most of them are return guests - some have been coming here each year for 30+ years. Some of the units have not been updated (ours looks like it has not). We have been giving Innsbrook Village our business for years, renting from them almost every summer. Back in July we had a reservation but rescheduled due to the flooding in Ruidoso—which they said was fine to do. They even told my mom to call back with the dates we wanted (for November). Fast forward to now, and after speaking with a different person, they suddenly claim that our $1,800 is a total loss and “that’s not what we do here” when asked about rescheduling. Second time staying here for our family reunion. Nicely furnished condo & the clubhouse where we're having the reunion is perfect. Shuffleboard, a playground for the kids, and lots of shade to rest under.

**BEWARE WHEN LAST MINUTE BOOKING AND HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU LOOK ELSEWHERE FOR YOUR STAY** We booked within 48 hours of our stay. Our son woke up incredibly ill and tested positive for flu. As parents, we made the responsible decision to cancel our weekend plans to ensure the safety of others, including Innsbrook Village. Great place to get away. Excellent fishing, golf, and many other amenities. Every cabin/ condo has an immaculate view, they are spacious and gorgeous. We hadn't finished our stay before we starting planning our next. Wild life is all around just roaming the property. We had deer and fawns grazing right out side our balcony.

A bit dated but the yard is well maintained.

The weather was amazing out there,but the house we got wasn't very clean and the silverware was very dirty

We love this place! We usually stay here at least twice a year with a few other families. Most of the houses are spacious enough to hold 3 to 5 families apiece! Very affordable place. They have an outdoor pool, tennis courts, fishing pond/river and a golf course! Our kids love it here!

Was looking forward to attending a tournament this weekend. Unfortunately, I booked my room yesterday and found out today that the tournament we are attending is cancelled due to weather. Innsbrook has a very firm cancellation policy, so despite having just booked, there is no flexibility because it is within 14 days. The person I spoke to, although very kind, noted that even if flights were cancelled they would not be flexible. I would suggest booking somewhere with a more flexible cancellation policy if you are worried something like this may come up.

Went to visit my sister who resides there and she invited my husband and I to the pool which you are allowed to do. We were all there hanging out and eating. I was breastfeeding my infant when my sister noticed a creepy old lady was clearly recording us from the door. I quickly yelled out that she doesn't have my permission to record me and she just walked away. My sister recognized her as the manager. Pretty good place. In town very convenient nice pool and golf area, just very strict staff who keep checking in if theres a family with many kids so if your traveling without children its perfect don’t recommend for families with kids
