In summary

Juniata Golf Club is appreciated for its affordability, friendly staff, and enjoyable course layout, making it an accessible option for casual golfers. The course offers a variety of holes and a relaxed atmosphere, although some visitors find the tee boxes and greens in need of improvement. While the course may not meet professional standards, it provides good value for those looking to play a quick, inexpensive round.

This is not the pristine course you would host a tournament at but for the location, price, and accessibility it was fantastic. Course was solid and had quite a bit of variation and layout was fun. Staff was nice. Pace was acceptable for a place that allows walk ins only. Some tee box signs were confusing.

Fun short course with a few quirky holes. Cheap and cheerful, lots of fun if you are not a golf snob. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ——————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————————

It's a really nice little place to have parties! ✨ If you decorate it nicely, it will come out amazing! 🤩 I've been to a couple of events there and it's a really nice, quiet area. 🤫 #PartyPlace #Events #NiceArea #QuietVibes

If you're looking for a PGA level course this is not it. If you're looking for a great cheap place to play 18 holes this is going to be your new go-to spot. The tee boxes are in rough shape and so are some of the greens but keep in mind this is a public course. One drawback is that they do not set out the blue tee boxes unless for competition. 32 smackers for 18 holes with a cart after 2:00 p.m. where else can you get this annoyed at yourself for 4 hours and be under 35 bucks

Worst golfing experience ever. They claim to have two tee boxes, but we only ever saw the white teebox. I wouldn't even describe them as teeboxes - more like crabgrass. The fairways were uncut and unrecognizable. Look at the photos. Those PVC pipes are the flags for the greens. Be careful traversing from hole to hole as you experience garbage and graffiti of the inner-city. #neveragain

Not the best course around, but cheap and sufficient. The grounds could definitely use some work, but woman working there was lovely and the 18 holes were well worth the price. There’s no starter coordinating Tee times, so if you’re a stickler for punctuality and organization then this might not be the right course for you. Also I wasn’t able to find a way to reserve times online, just over the phone, which seemed like an out-of-date system and an easy fix.

Great place to get some work in. They sell drinks for the low. Always a good time even when I go alone.

If you’re lucky enough stage to play on the day they mow the grass you may be able to find your tee shot that landed in the fairway. Tee boxes that resemble a batters box. A gem of a course that closely resembles the character of nearby Kensington. Be sure to be up to date on your vaccinations if you don’t hit the greens on the front 9.

Tee boxes are crap. The white and red tee boxes seem like they're right on top of each other. It's hard to find the difference between the fairway and rough. I felt like I was spending more time trying to find my ball. Greens have patches and they are fast. The bridges are questionable to drive over. Look like they're about to fall over. $30 is too much for a course in this condition

Some of the greens could use some work but overall this is a fun course to play and employees and people who play there are cool. Great value cheap golfing.

I feel like it’s my duty as a golfer to write a review here because a lot of the other reviews were slightly deceiving to me… this is not a nice course by any means. The tee boxes are awful, the fairways are non existent, and the greens are trash… that said, if you’re looking to work on your game and play a quick round for cheap then this place is perfectly fine. It’s not a Saturday morning round you and your friends will look forward to all week but if you want to finish up work and grab your clubs on a whim and play some golf then this is your spot.
