I recently visited this course and had a mixed experience. The course itself is not in great condition, with many areas appearing overgrown and poorly maintained, which made it less enjoyable overall. Unfortunately, the main issue was my interaction with the staff. When we arrived for our tee time to check in and get carts, the staff member in the clubhouse was quite rude. I was told I wasn’t in dress code, which I acknowledged, but the situation was handled in a repetitive and unprofessional manner. Even after I made it clear that I understood and was willing to leave, the same comment was r…

We went there for a party. The staff was very friendly and made our visit worth driving an hour a way. We had boneless wings and fries, which were great. The pizza that was sausage and pepperoni tasted really well.

Booked an 11:04 tee time for just myself. Got to tee off about 5-6 minutes early. Finished the first hole with no problem. Get around to hole 2 and there is a group of 3 waiting to tee off. No problem. I wait for them to completely clear the green before I start the hole. Finish it with no problem. Get around to hole 3 and there are FIVE carts with SEVEN TO EIGHT people all teeing off together and they all just stare at me and don’t bother to ask if I wanted to play through lmao. I’ve played courses all over the US and I have never seen anything like it. I drive back to the clubhouse and retur…

Total rip off! As a non member I paid $45 for 9 holes with a cart but when I booked my tee time it clearly stated it was only going to be 30. When I asked the guy at the front desk to make sure I only paid for 9 holes he agreed when clearly I paid the price for 18. You’ll never catch me golfing there again.😤

Great course to play quite challenging for a new golfer though! Greens are kept looking great idk how and fairways look just as good! Only downside to this course is the front 9 is super confusing to navigate and if you don't golf here frequently, your gonna be asking people. However, every person I've talked has been a big help and super friendly! Front 9 is the easiest to play hardest to navigate back 9 is harder there's water but it's scenic and MUCH MUCH easier to navigate! All in all it's a great course and a course I'm gonna be playing much more of

My husband I went to golf & the woman at the counter was extremely rude. She then informed me there was a dress code & I couldn’t wear a sleeveless shirt unless it was collared & a golf shirt. She was not kind about it in anyway. We decided to leave & go elsewhere. If you want an older woman to talk down to you & tell you what to wear- this is the place for you!

Lake Perry is in really good shape right now. I was pleasantly surprised. Played front 9 because they were closing the course early for a member tournament. I would hope the back 9 is in the same shape. Not sure why the website let me book a tee time for 18holes when the course wouldn't be available but not upset since I was able to at least play 9.

Course is very good and difficult. The golf carts could use some updating.

Just joined the Great Life family about 3 weeks ago and this is one of my weekly courses, staff is very friendly and was polite yesterday when I came back to proshop due to lightning, continually updated me when it was safe, it's a short par 69 course, but for a novice golfer like me, it plays longer, shots must be very accurate. Can't wait to play throughout the season.

Very rude staff. Not aware of any dress code so when we showed up in golf attire that was sleeveless she said well if we were close to Walmart I would make you go buy a shirt, now I will be getting calls all day from the home owners about you wearing a tank top. Insinuating we would be bad golfers shes tells us to let anyone that comes behind play through. We ended up playing through two sets. One person in our group was over charged. The fairways are dirt, and the greens arent much better. Overall, bad course and horrible customer service. Never returning again.

The gym is nice, but they make it impossible to cancel your membership if needed. The office wouldn’t help me, so they gave me the corporate number. Corporate wouldn’t answer their phone. I ended up putting a stop payment on them because nobody would help me. Got stuck with the bill for the rest of the year anyway. AWFUL customer service.
