I have never been to the Moorhead Country Club despite many years of living in Moorhead. Today had a Christmas lunch with a service organization I belong to. We didn't have a catered meal and so we ordered off the menu. The MCC menu was so diverse and had so much to choose from. There weren't, however ,that I saw, a lot of fish or seafood options besides shrimp. I ordered a ramen noodle bowl and it was so well presented and nice wooden chopsticks. It had good noodles lots of them and flavorful broth. I think maybe one or two more veggies added and dish would be perfect. There was an option to…
