What People Say

In summary

Osgood Golf Course is frequently praised for its well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing 9-hole layout, featuring challenging greens, a spacious driving range, and a welcoming atmosphere. The course is noted for being family-friendly and offers additional amenities such as a practice loop and a well-stocked pro shop. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about slow pace of play and customer service, particularly regarding interactions with course staff and marshals.

Excellent Golf Course for a quick nine holes. Even went busy you can finish around 2 hours or 1.5 hours when not busy. Lots of Wildlife and challenging and good greens and course. And affordable!

Great 9 hole course. *Edit while golfing on Sunday the Marshall harassed us on hole 5. He said the group ahead of us was 2 holes ahead which seemed interesting considering we waited for people on the following hole. The people behind us barely ever waited. I understand keeping play moving but harassing someone trying to have a fun mother's day is kind of ridiculous. I thought public courses were for people of all stages of talent to come have fun. Zero stars for that guy.

Definitely the best public golf course in Fargo Driving Range is great , course is very fun, greens role smoothly, food is to die for, staff is super nice, great pro shop with lots of selection, the three hole loop is great considering it’s only six dollars, love the practice greens never seen a practice green with a bunker.

Great little 9 hole course. With a 3 hole loop and two practice greens to work both on putting and chipping. Great place to take the kids to learn the game of golf.

It has been a couple years since I played Osgood Golf Course. It is a quirky course with lots of hills. Multiple greens with two tiers and very firm. I hit many approach shots that hit the greens and bounced high in the air and ended up over the green. I really dislike being penalized for hitting a good shot. Tees and fairways were generally in good shape. This is a course to play with your family when you don't care about your score. Pro shop staff nice and friendly and clubhouse has a nice bar/restaurant area to relax in when you finish your round.

Absolutely love playing this course. The course in excellent condition, fun but yet challenging. The staff in the pro shop are friendly and very helpful. Great line of product for women also. Love the 3 hole loop too. I would definitely recommend it.

Nice little course, nice practice facility, nice bar & restaurant. They did just put in simulators that are really nice, and have good space to host events. Only complaints about the place is that it is only 9-holes and a par 33, not that it is bad in that setup- I just prefer your typical par-36, and because of the quality it gets a lot of play so rounds take longer than usual. If you don't mind that and are out for a leisurely round to drink some beer it's ideal.

Terrible customer service. The course manager followed us nearly the entire time we played and rushed us through the course. He timed us the entire time and said the four of us had to complete each hole in 8 minutes otherwise it would get congested. Impossible to enjoy your time golfing when he is breathing down your neck at every hole. Will never return to this place, that's for sure :)

Nice golf course. Only par 33. Some tough par 3s and a good amount of slope. Nice practice green as well. Gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because the restaurant service is not good. Nice people, but slow service. Time and time again

Course is always packed and plays slow, customer service is also very poor. Ranger rushes you and makes you feel uncomfortable. Their tee time software also glitches and books tee times in the past even though as you book it it shows the date you want (happened multiple times) and each time they don't work with you and let you play despite its an error on their end. It is a nice course otherwise but will never go out of my way to play it. Rose creek has top notch service, great pace of play, and the course is in phenomenal shape and they never have the booking issues of Osgood.

Moved some of that black clay around to make moguls, grass and sand traps, a few ponds. Not much for trees to block the wind, but generally a forgiving course. Four par 3's, one par 5. Three hole practice area is kind of fun. Probably largest practice driving range in the area, decent putting green and large chipping area with a sand trap.
