Oeste Ranch Golf Course

Played 18 today. The course was in Great Shape for it being the middle of February! And honestly, the greens were some of the nicest I've played in DFW over the last 6 months. There was active Cart Service this morning; she drove past us at least 4 times during the round. The only thing this course lacks are 4-6 warm-up nets. (There is plenty of "real estate" next to the Pro-shop to make this happen).

The clubhouse staff is excellent—always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Course conditions are especially good this time of year, and the greens are truly phenomenal. I love the speed—they roll consistently and really elevate the overall experience. The food is another highlight, whether you’re grabbing something before your round, at the turn, or sitting down for lunch afterward. Everything adds to a great day at the course. Huge credit to the staff for all the hard work—it’s clearly paying off. Keep up the great job!

Edit: Been to this course 2 times since my last review and the service has been even better each time. The course is amazing for the conditions of Texas right now and there is an abundance of wildlife to enjoy while golfing! DJ at the pro shop always calls me by name and is so helpful every time I come. All of the staff in fact have been professional and kind to me! This is my favorite course at the moment. Called to add someone to my tee time. They told me I could not play the 18 I booked online and could only play 9. Intended getting there twenty minutes early but ran into traffic which is completely my fault. No bag drop so the parking lot was a little hike. Went to check in and was notified I was 4 minutes late to my tee time in a very rude way. I apologized yet still had my tee time pushed an hour later. Two in my group wanted to just leave after being talked to that way. Spoke to another group that was also pushed despite being on time. Waited near the first tee for my name to be called up…

Super friendly counter employee! Marshal courteous and cordial. The bar and grill staff was awesome! The cart girl was excellent also! The price affordable and pace of play was excellent for a Saturday! Greens rolled good! All around great experience. Management should be commended for hiring excellent professional employees! Course is fairly easy but in very good condition. The price is reasonable. We enjoyed our day!

I played Oeste yesterday. Loved it! The course is in good shape. It is so peaceful when playing this course. Looking forward the seventy one bar and grill opening!

This is a decent public golf course. It normally in good shape and has largely recovered from our unusually cold weather a couple of winters ago. The lack of a range to warmup is my only reason for not giving it 4 stars. I play it somewhat frequently and the staff is more than adequate.

Completely overbooked and a waste of money. Would not recommend until they figure out their scheduling conflict.

Pro shop is never friendly or greets anyone when they walk in. We bought 2 rounds for my wife and I and also paid for a 3rd cart fee for our 5 year to ride along and chip and putt. (All three of us rode in 1 cart) At the turn my wife left to get our 3 year old from day care and came back to the course. They forced her to pay another cart fee to join back up on hole 12 for the round she already paid for. They argued when she tried to explain she had already paid for this. Super rude employees and lots of walkers. I called to book a tee time and they said I couldn’t take a cart out because of a prior incident, I had only played the course once months before. I was newer to golf and accidentally drove my cart onto the fairway, super rude employee drives up and YELLS at us to stop(I’m 30). We stay off the fairway for the rest of the round. I called back and the guy said we could not take carts out because of that, I told him what happened and that it was months ago and he has the audacity to tell me I’m lying about what happened.
