Old Union Golf Club

Great golf course, fairways were in excellent condition, greens were fast and true. Scenic golf course with holes of varying difficulty. Staff was great, pro shop was small but with plenty of offerings. Great driving range and practice area. Cost to golf was very good. Recommend.

Great course layout, exceptionally friendly staff, appropriately priced green fees and timely pace of play. Played there for the first time November 18 and was added to a twosome of local players….Dave and Ed. True gentlemen golfers. Although, there were a substantial number of golfers on the course, pace of play was consistently on pace. I will return.

Really enjoyed our round at Old Union yesterday, and it's in as good a shape as I've ever seen it....especially the areas around the various lakes/ponds on the course....beautiful. And, our foursome played in 4 hours which I consider a good pace of play for the amount of folks who were on the course. I also like how there are a good number of choices regarding tees to play. You can make this course as challenging as you want.

We drove up from Ringgold, GA (near Chattanooga) to play this course for my little brother's 21st b-day. It didn't disappoint. We really enjoyed this course and its layout. The greens (very small on some holes) were in great condition and rolled true. This course has several different tee boxes, so you can shorten the course or play from the tips to get the full experience (7500+). We played the back tees and were challenged the whole time. Solid golf course. Great value. 7 tee boxes.

I had 1:30 teetime yesterday 18 holes for 4 & at 5:15 where on 17 tee & the man working the afternoon shift didn't like it & got on to my customer. Saying we only paid for 9 holes & I said you need to check your tee sheet b4 you get on to people. My friend doug that got chewed out is building in blairsville and will be looking for a place to join. It probably won't be there now & he can buy old union & he would fire old scrooge first. Love old union but that left a different taste. Put that guy on a mower out away from the public if he can't treat people better than that. Ill use my 10 passes…

Pretty views with well kept greens and traps! Very quiet!

The course is in great shape minus all of the pitch marks on every green that no one seems to repair. The management of the course however was terrible to deal with. We just finished playing there two days in a row, on day 1 we had an 8:50 tee time and arrived at the first tee at 8:47am only to find out the starter allowed the 9am tee time group to go in front of us. We ended up waiting all day. Day 2 we had an 8:40 tee time and ended up waiting no less than 5 min (sometimes 10) at each tee box due to slow play. Nice place to play. Course is in good shape and the staff is very helpful and friendly. The scramble on Thursday evening is a pile of fun. The only thing that would improve it would be better bathrooms (they are small and offer no privacy in the men's room) and maybe a snack bar.

Wonderful course. Greens were excellent and fairways were also , for winter dormant conditions. This course has a great layout and very friendly staff. Practice facilities has everything. Regular for me every time I am in area. Hats off to greens keeper, well maintained course. Efforts to clear shady areas will pay off . Carts are gas powered with gps. Will be back!

I really enjoyed this golf course.It has a lot of nice feature and scenery. Conditions were very nice. Greens were very puttable. And it is priced less than most of the courses is in the area

I checked out many golf courses in the area before deciding on this one. The full membership fee was more than fair. The course absolutely beautiful. I'm more than pleased with my new golf home. I can't understand some of these bad reviews , these people don't know what they are talking about. The course was perfect, the staff very friendly and helpful. The only drawback I see is their isn't lounge, other than that I'm happier than a clam at high tide.
