In summary

Quail Heights Country Club in Lake City is appreciated for its friendly staff, reasonable pricing, and enjoyable course layout, with many noting improvements in the fairways and greens over recent years. The club offers a pleasant atmosphere with well-maintained amenities like the pool, though some visitors have experienced issues with tee time accuracy and course maintenance, particularly regarding tee boxes and drainage. While the club generally provides a good value for casual play, there are mixed opinions on the consistency of the greens and overall course condition.

Quail Heights Country Club in Lake City has a friendly atmosphere and a relaxed pace of play, but the course could use more attention. While the layout is enjoyable and the staff welcoming, the fairways are in poor condition and take away from the overall experience. Greens are playable but not always consistent. A decent spot for a casual round, though the maintenance leaves room for improvement.

The grounds are kept very nice. The pool is very pretty and always kept clean year round. There are restrooms next to the pool. They could be maintained a little better. Staff is nice. Reasonably priced. Will definitely return.

The golf couse it’s pretty good, nice golf carts and everything. Even more amazing than that is the thief who stole my speaker from my golf cart while we were grabbing food at the bar. First time at this golf course, might be the last one.

Overall a great course in my opinion. I think a majority of the people that actually play here never come on to leave a comment because every time I drive by there’s always a good amount of people playing. Worth it for the price. Pros: good course for the price. Staff is friendly. Fairways and greens in good shape. Cons: Tee boxes in rough shape mostly dirt(only reason to take off a star)

it’s not too bad out here. It’s pretty decently nice but what I don’t comprehend is why your website is never accurate. I booked a teetime 10 minutes before I showed up and on there it showed there was four people on the course with tee times all the rest of the teetimes were available and I get here and there’s at least 15 to 20 people in front of me. I would’ve never booked this being a solo if I would’ve known there’s this many people out here this is ridiculous and you guys need to fix your website to show accurately what teetimes are available. And this happens to me 75% of the time I boo…

I was at Quail Heights for a personal event. The parking and facility were nice. The place was easy to find and to enter/exist. I also felt safe. The persons hosting the event did an excellent job with decorations, food, music and overall atmosphere. It was a great gathering! I hope the business interaction between host and Quail Heights was positive.

DONT COME HERE!!! This course deserves nothing more than 2 stars on google. If you expect a “4 star” course on your way, you’ll be very upset when you arrive. The entire course is mud and backyard overgrown grass. The tee boxes are the worst i’ve ever seen. You can hit your putter as hard as you want because the greens sink when you walk on them. You want to roll a putt? Don’t worry that’s not possible it’s like putting on a gravel road. The doglegs have no landing spots. Eyes up or you’ll drive into one of one hundred new ponds they have in the fairways due to horrible drainage (it hasn’t rai…

Love this course, challenging holes, sprawling fairways, greens in excellent condition especially this time of year, pro shop staff friendly and helpful with everything along the way. 10-10 best course in lake city. For all playing demographics. Oh did I mention excellent course

Not a “friendly” establishment. I’ve been twice now within the last two weeks, both times with group of females (savvy and experienced). Each time we have went, we have been approached by rude, arrogant staff. The first time, an employee yelled at us for taking too long on the first hole. During the first hole, one of our players experienced a medical emergency which resulted in EMS having to come. Obviously the staff was notified and we stopped playing until our player was in good hands, but we were still scolded by one of the workers stating that we “took 45 minutes on the first hole,” and t…
