Cool Par-3 walking course nestled within the hills of Helotes. Played an early morning round here with my in-laws. We had fun and found the 9 holes all challenging in their own ways. Definitely a good course to brush up on your skills if you haven't golfed in a while like us. Pace of play was good and the tee boxes and greens were in decent shape considering we're playing in the winter. Prices are more than fair, in my opinion.

Wonderful Par 3 course. I'm new to golf and this was the closest par 3 to my home. I was so excited to finally hit grass after a few months practicing on mats and it's been lovely! The course is challenging enough for someone new but very forgiving! The 3 times I've been there I've seen kids, families, adults, teens and everything in between. The course is well kept. Obviously it's not TPC so lower the expectations. Overall, each time I've been there has been awesome and not very busy, ever for a Saturday afternoon! I'll keep coming back many many more times :)

The best kept golf secret in the San Antonio area. Recent upgrades at this family owned course are top notch. Prices and service are great. This course and range have lights which is great during the hot Texas summers.

We had the best retreat in their clubhouse space that you can rent out! It was perfect for our event! The staff is so nice and accommodating and the owners have a true passion only found in a small town! Everyone playing and putting seemed to be enjoying the day! Don’t hesitate to book their space if you need it!

It's been 15 years since I played here. Same good old place. Gave me real good nostalgic vibes playing again. Also was the place I grew up learning to play at. Anyways was good to play with my dad and brother here again. Never change Oak Valley. Your perfect.

Great little Golf course! It is a perfect place to take my kids to play golf with me. It’s just the right size to have lots of fun but not so big it’s overwhelming for my family. The prices are great and the employees are really friendly and helpful. They just remodeled the club house it looks great! Honestly was very surprised what a little gem this is in Helotes! Would highly recommend it!

I really like this course. It's gone through a lot of updating recently, and it's been done well. The grounds are well cared for, and the concessions aren't unreasonable.

This was the first time that my wife and I golfed together and this place was great. Neither of us had golfed in a really long time so this short course was perfect and built our confidence. We teed off at 8:20 and the course not crowded at all. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We'll definitely be back!

Bad photo but it’s not a bad course. I’ve played here for probably like 15 years, through different ownership. If you want to shoot par here you better put it on the green or be good at hitting it off the dirt. Greens are usually pretty long and therefore slow, but I think that’s just because they are afraid to cut them too short with how dry it is out there naturally, and probably doesn’t get as much watering as it should. Pretty cool that it has a water feature, and the driving range is definitely pretty scenic. I think hole 8’s green has had the same dead patch with sand in the middle of it…

I recently hosted my baby shower here and it was a wonderful experience! We had about 30–40 guests, and the party room was the perfect size for our group—cozy but not cramped. It was nice to have the flexibility to overflow into the clubhouse area, which was spacious and welcoming. The overall atmosphere was relaxed and comfortable, and the setting made it easy for everyone to mingle and enjoy themselves. It was a pleasure to work with Sarah and get everything coordinated for the day.

This is the place you come to play cheap golf or night golf. If you are expecting a world class golf course you are in for a disappointment. You can tell they are really trying to get the greens up and well maintained but for now they are thick before they trim them down. Been here a few times and I always enjoy it. I will return and I recommend this place for the beginning or novice golfer to work on their short game.
