In summary

Springfield Golf Center receives praise for its affordability, friendly staff, and a variety of golfing options, including an 18-hole course, pitch and putt, driving range, and mini-golf. Many appreciate the recent improvements and the relaxed, welcoming atmosphere. However, some visitors express concerns about course maintenance, particularly the condition of tee boxes and greens, and note issues with slow pace of play and course management.

This was the first time I ever went golfing. I went this past Sunday April 12th 2026. I was with a group of 7 and we had a great time. We played what was called pitch and putt I believe it’s called. We played 18 holes around the course and I had a good time. The staff was friendly and the rental prices were really nice for today’s economy. My grandfather used to go golfing all the time through most of his life and now I see why. I will definitely be coming back to this location for another round in the coming weeks.

Took my boys out to golf here today. Best bang for the buck in South Jersey. Loved the course, great greens and tee boxes considering the time of year. Wish people would repair their divots but cant blame the course for that. We'll be back.

Ownership changes and lots of improvements recently. Membership packages available This is a golf facility with miniature golf, driving range, chip and putt area and a pitch and putt course In addition to an 18 hole course. ( I think this would be a good nighttime golf course, first in the area?) Bar and food available Bathroom (m) needs work The course is a good value, walkable and when I played (late April 2024) course was in decent shape. Upgrades with railing, paving, recent aeration and sanding. Relaxed rules, you may hear music and some cheers etc. I'd like to see more player ma…

Don’t waste your time going here, unless you just want to practice at the range or putting green. Course has potential but is poorly maintained. Tee boxes were complete dirt and so hard could barely get a tee in. They were also littered with tees, some well pushed in the ground, so obvious they don’t clean them. Trash cans only every couple holes so even if you wanted to throw a broken tee away you couldn’t. Greens were covered in unfixed divots that you couldn’t putt without the ball bouncing and changing direction. Could definitely use some work by greens crew. Besides that, the pace of pla…

Course was better than expected, decent shape. I expected the worst. No cart service and bartender was a vapid waste, but reasonable prices, so after waiting 20 minutes at the turn for her, after having to get her in another room off her phone.. got drinks. At the end of the day, I had a nice experience. Do better get a better bartender, that person was awful.

After coming to this course almost every other weekend, we seem to really enjoy it here. Couple of beginner/intermediate golfers and a ride along with big camera. It's nice for our group to be able to spend time with each other and be able to work on our game. The course is pretty awesome. The staff is absolutely wonderful. They really appreciate you coming, and really know you when you go often. We like to be able to play at a reasonable pace of play, without feeling like we are being rushed along. We always offer to allow any faster players to play through, and have no problem waiting at a…

The course is looking really good! You can definitely tell they are working to improve it. Almost all tee boxes are leveled, fairways are nice grass and sodded and the freshly aerated greens even rolled well. Didn’t see one weed or crabgrass in any fairway. Glad to see it coming around!

Facilities are basic, but functional. Course is pretty decent; unfortunately the play is slow. Easily walkable. The golf center has everything you could reasonably wany: full 18 hole course, chipping course, driving range, putting greens. The greens fees are reasonable. If you are new to the game, this is the place to go. You work on all skills there.

Great value course and the owner is a nice guy. The greens need significant work and the fairways often feel like you are in the rough. The carts need seed so the fairways can be patched. Then again since this is a value course I doubt many players will have that courtesy. Overall it’s a good course though for its price point.

I didnt want to be petty and give you one or two stars and make your rating worse, but I wanted to share my experience with management. The course layout was nice and I liked the challenging skinny par 5 on the back 9. With that said, me and the 3 I played with yesterday all agree we wont be back. The fairways and tee boxes are the worst ive ever seen. I lost 5 balls ON YOUR FAIRWAYS!! The greens ( except the one closest to the clubhouse on 18) are atrocious. Frog rock is just as bad and theyre half of what you charge, and id rather sit at home then play frog rock for 30 bucks. Seems like this…

Still a beginner but this is a great course. Was just there today for the first time. Love how they have a range as well. Nice when it’s all in one.

I purchased an unlimited membership last year, I’ve probably played 70 rounds since last October, Springfield is the most affordable golf in the area, I appreciate that I can purchase a membership at an affordable price without having to pay crazy expensive membership fee , since last year the greens have improved, the fairways are okay but more importantly it’s affordable for the average golfer to play a round without breaking the bank .
