In summary

Stevens Park Golf Course is widely appreciated for its scenic views, unique layout with elevation changes, and well-maintained fairways, making it a standout public course in Dallas. Many golfers commend the friendly staff and reasonable rates, with amenities such as upgraded carts and a welcoming clubhouse atmosphere. However, some visitors have noted issues with the greens' condition and occasional slow pace of play, and a few have experienced customer service challenges and security concerns.

Absolutely phenomenal golf course with the best views in Dallas, and amazing people! I think that this is one of my favorite courses I've ever golfed at on the planet! The holes are decently challenging, the people are super friendly and, the entire course was rebuilt from the bedrock up in 2011! Spephens Park golf course is a true gem!

Stevens Park is one of the most scenic public courses in DFW. The landscaping and elevation changes make it feel totally different than most Tarrant County tracks. Fairways were in excellent shape, and the layout is fun without being overly difficult. Now, full honesty — the greens are struggling. They were punched in August and still haven’t recovered, so right now they’re bumpy and dry. That said, the views alone make this course worth a visit. Holes 15 and 16 give you an unreal backdrop of the Dallas skyline, with 15 standing out as the signature hole. If the greens get dialed in, Stevens P…

Every time I get to play this track it’s always great. Been playing here since I was a kids but haven’t been in a few years and was really excited to play this track again. Greens are good well maintained course and clubhouse staff and pro shop is great. Was a little crowded and round took longer than usually expected due to the popularity of the classic course. Overall can’t wait to play here again.

The course design is very interesting with some hills making you forget you’re in Dallas. Blue tee boxes can be worked on, but fairway, greens, and bunker are in great condition (Loved the bunkers). Extremely scenic and beautiful. 3 Par 3’s on the front and 3 on the back, making it a very fun course. Some holes will remind you of Augusta National. Only downfall is they don’t have water coolers on the course so make sure to bring some on those hot days. You can call to place orders and they will bring food and drinks to you right away. Might be my favorite course in Dallas and will be back repe…

This course is in fantastic shape. All the fairways and greens are perfect. The views are even better. It only cost $40-$50 and was more than worth it. Already booked a tee time for next week. 6/17/25

Called to schedule a Tee time for my bachelor party about a month in advance. The person I spoke to sounded like they hated life and did not offer any solutions, just a stark, “no”. I’ve been wanting to play here for a while and did not appreciate the attitude. I am disappointed in the disposition of this place toward potential groups who want to play here. I have planned 2-3 special occasions at other golf courses for myself and best friends and those golf courses have allowed me to put a tee time on the books a month in advance. I pretty much had a door shut in my face here.

Course is quite nice layout, but it is in very poor condition. Greens were full of weeds growing, of course they’ll fix that (hopefully) once grass starts to grow. Everything was super dry and felt like they have not watered at all in the past 3 years. Bunkers were under repair, which gives some hope that they’ll try to maintain. Beautiful city views and all that proper uphills and downhills and all, unfortunately diminished by the poor conditions.

Really fun course to play with some great views of downtown Dallas. I’ve been wanting to play this course for a while now and it did not disappoint! Short course from the tips, about 6300 yards, but it still offers plenty of challenging shots. A few dog-legs and some tee shots where you have to go through a window of trees. Overall, a really great experience and I hope to play it again sometime when I’m back in Dallas.

Interesting course. Some holes are very tight. Couple of sharp vertical fairways to the greens. Somewhat maintained but in line with the other Dallas municipal courses. Keep in mind there is no driving range. The surrounding community treats this course like a regular walking park so beware of people and kids randomly walking by in the middle of your game, multiple times. Few great views of the Dallas Skyline.

Stevens Park Golf Course was an absolute gem!! The course was well kept and challenging enough to be fun! Sure we lost a few balls during the round, but it was all worth it for the views and gorgeous weather!! Rates were extremely reasonable and even included a cart with GPS. The grill had good food and generous drinks and the outdoor patio overlooking the 9th fairway/green was the perfect spot to chill, sip on a cocktail, and chat with your golf buddies. 10 / 10 would recommend and you may see me out there as I'll be out there again for sure!! Hit 'em straight!!

Played Stevens Park for the first time on Monday afternoon. I love the course itself, the people are nice, and it has a sense that it’s been a staple to the community for a long while. Established is the right word. 10/10 golf that is super affordable. $49.

The course is in great shape. There are some greens that are in the process of being repaired, but nothing too bad. Overall, it was a great experience. Pace of play was not an issue. Pro shop guys were great. The upgraded carts are very nice. Incredible view of downtown.
