In summary

The Courses at Andrews is frequently praised for its well-maintained greens, accommodating staff, and enjoyable course layout, with particular commendation for its military setting and amenities such as the TopTracer booths at the driving range. Many visitors appreciate the club's friendly atmosphere and the quality of food and service at the clubhouse. However, some criticisms include issues with course routing, the condition of golf carts, and isolated experiences with staff behavior affecting the pace of play.

Great experience all day - everyday. The staff is tremendously accommodating and helpful. The starters in particular are the best. Am a fan of the leadership. Best Military course in the DMV. Keep going!

Very good for the price. I was a little intimidated by some of the reviews on here but it was just fine compared to other military or muni courses I've played. Tee boxes, fairways, and greens were all decent. The bunkers were actually full of fluffy sand and not rocks (ask me how I know). They have added signs to help with the course routing but it's still a little confusing, especially since the map on the score card is wrong for the East Course. The East course wasn't that challenging, but was very long. Had a club sandwich at Griff's Place, not bad either. Overall it was a great time!

It was an awesome amount of fun using the TopTracer booths at the range for only 12$ for a large bucket. We wound up going through 3 full buckets for the day. Unfortunately I had a little too much fun on the long drive and imploded my driver face. Not the booths fault! Definitely will go back again to dial in my swing more with the games the systems have.. Guess I gotta get a new driver, too.

By far the best greens and diving range I've played on when it comes to a military course. We played the East course. We will be going back to play the South course. Staff is super friendly and nice. (We just came from Oahu and played all the military courses there)

Coming off the winter the course is in rough shape. Overall however the greens are pretty pitted making for a tough putting experience. Tom in the club house is great and helpful. Will check out in the summer/fall.

(Long story but this course deserves it) Me and my buddy scheduled a tee time for 8am. At around 7:45am we checked in and were told that we had to wait for a random that got grouped up with us at the podium. At the podium, I told him that since I’m walking, and it takes a few minutes, I’ll just head over to the tee box so that way when he does release us, the people on golf carts aren’t waiting on me. He demanded that I stay there and wait. At 8am we asked if we could go to the tee box because the random was late. He said that he would not release us until our third member (who we didn’t know)…

We played the East course, it was long, very nice, cool to see jets and helicopters landing. At 5 pm they play music, for the lowering of the flag. The South course is shorter, but has more character, and feels more like a myrtle beach course...i recommend the south course...you must get on a website to ensure you have security clearance to get on Base...must provide drivers license number, date of birth, and full name...it's great place to play.

Great course! Challenging holes and some narrow fairways. It's the best military base course that I've played in the DMV.

Great place to play a round of golf for active duty, reserve, and retired service members. Played the 39th Annual E9 Golf Tournament here and the staff was fantastic.

The golf course itself is in excellent shape and very enjoyable to play. Unfortunately, the experience is overshadowed by the behavior of the starter, Nick. He frequently sends groups out of order, creating unnecessary gaps on the course. He has also driven up and stared at us while we were putting, which is distracting and uncomfortable, and then questioned me when my playing partners couldn’t make it. Instead of fostering a welcoming environment, his approach comes off as bullying and confrontational. When we asked around, others admitted they were told not to say anything negative, but it…

A great course and very well maintained. The staff is awesome and I love both East and South courses. I would easily rate it a 5-star golf club but the only downside is the carts are horrible! I feel once the carts are contracted to a different company, I will easily change my rating. I hope they fix that soon because I have been to this course over ten times and at least three times already I have had a problem with my golf carts. Please fix it soon.
