We couldn’t have asked for a more perfect place to celebrate our wedding. From the moment we arrived, we were completely blown away by how absolutely stunning the venue is—every detail, indoors and out, created such a beautiful and memorable setting for our big day. Our guests are still talking about how gorgeous everything was! Beyond the scenery, what truly set this venue and hotel apart was the exceptional care and attention we received from the staff. They went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly and that we felt relaxed and taken care of throughout the entire experience.…

We were here Thanksgiving weekend to visit family in Plymouth during a cold front with a little snow and sharp winds. We were delighted at the warm welcome and beautifully decorated hotel! The service was excellent and the rooms updated modern with excellent beds and bedding, so comfy! Easy to log into internet from the rooms, no weird stuff. A big shout out to Elias who at our 5 am departure brought up our luggage caddy and who sent us on your way with two fresh bottles of water for the 9 hour drive home. He was studiously professional and caring. We will definitely be staying here again inst…

We booked the Garden Pavilion for a funeral luncheon. My family must have called over ten venues and were having a terrible time finding a place that was available on short notice. Shante returned my call promptly and answered all our questions with grace and patience. We were so relieved to find a venue this beautiful with 5 days notice! The day of the event, things ran incredibly smoothly. Kim was so accommodating and all of the staff were professional, courteous and gracious. We were served a chef's selection of pasta, chicken, potatoes and salad. Everyone raved about the food and the pastr…

My Girlfriend and I stayed here this past weekend to celebrate "galentines day". We were over the moon with the staff, the food, the in room massages and the cleanliness of the establishment. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The rooms were sparkly clean and well kept. The restaurants had immaculate food. We will definitely be returning!

My first time at Saint John’s was this past weekend and the moment I got to the front desk to check in I was already happy! Thanks to staff member Joana! She was so friendly from the get and especially when she saw my two babies-She was welcoming warm and so hospitable. I myself am a business owner and I really appreciate receiving the treatment I’d give to others. If I had a say, she deserves a promotion. Hope to run into Joana again soon!! Thank you for your kindness.

I went here for my company holiday party. It was stunning. We had exceptional entertainment, and there were many places to sit and relax in comfort. However, the food was absolutely terrible. I've never had dryer, more unseasoned chicken, the steak was overcooked shoe leather, and the chef needs to go back to school, because that was not chicken marsala. The rolls were frozen in the middle, my table mate was allergic to shellfish and nuts, they handed him a salad with walnuts on it and was confused why he said he couldn't eat it. The bleu cheese egg ball was absolutely disgusting. And don't ge…

We were originally supposed to stay at book Cadillac downtown, but we’re told by a friend of ours to check out St. John’s resort in Plymouth so we made a reservation for a suite at this hotel we arrived at 7 PM the night of our check-in to find that there was nothing done in our room no waters no cups so on our way out, we told the front desk if somebody can please make up the couch bed in the living room we were told there would be no problems with that. We came back 3 1/2 hours later to find out. It was never done again no cups no waters so we went down to the front desk to be told that hous…

This place is phenomenal! I'd been there for a very large group meal in the past, but never spent the night. Among other things, I was thrilled to see how spotlessly clean everything was. Not just our room, but everything! Our room was also well-lit, perfectly temperature-controlled (by us as we pleased) on a freezing cold night, and filled with every accommodation you could think of...in the kitchen/ lounge area, the bedroom and bath. The hotel staff helped us locate our room (the place is huge!! and i joked with my wife i needed a gps to get around) and the custodial staff were also friendly…

If I could give St. John’s Resort more than five stars, I absolutely would. This place exceeded every expectation from the moment I arrived. I was here for a business trip, but it truly felt more like a getaway. The resort itself is breathtaking — the architecture blends classic elegance with modern comfort, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the property. Every member of the staff I encountered was genuinely friendly, professional, and eager to help, which made my stay all the more enjoyable. My room was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered every amenity I could pos…

This is hands down the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The room was quiet, very comfortable, and full of good amenities. Impeccable view as well. The pool and hot tub were spotless and well maintained. The staff was kind and accommodating. Definitely worth staying here no matter what the cost is. Perfect place for a romantic getaway.

⭐⭐⭐☆☆ Beautiful hotel—Saint John's Resort has stunning marble floors, chandeliers, and detailed architecture. The room was gorgeous, the bed super comfortable, and the toiletries smelled amazing. However, we booked for the pool and hot tub, and only found out at arrival that the hot tub was closed, which was disappointing. Also noticed what looked like dried stains on the bed topper in the morning, which was unpleasant. Overall, a lovely place, but a few issues took away from the experience.

I would definitely give this converted monastery a five star review because the people are friendly and the parking is great and the food at the five star steakhouse is fabulous and the hot tub is a 103° as advertised and the pool is also very swimmable with a fountain and there is a great shower and the staff is extremely accommodating. I walked up to the front desk with my towels on and they readily gave me free hampoo, conditioner and body wash! I would highly recommend staying at this spacious and beautiful hotel with a golf course and currently the Christmas decorations are gorgeous! Furt…
