Great experience at Stono Ferry Golf Course. They hosted our 12-man scramble on Monday, February 2nd, and everything was organized and seamless. All golfers rented clubs, which were in great condition and ready when we arrived. Taylor Massey was fantastic to work with — his communication leading up to the outing was excellent, and he even called multiple times to confirm details and make sure everything was set. The course was in great shape and perfect for a group event. Highly recommend for corporate outings or group golf in the Charleston area.

I love this golf course! Awesome layout with picturesque views. Especially when you get to the back 9. The condition of the course is superb, with true greens and plush fairways! The staff is very friendly and accomodating. There was a possibility of rain so the starter asked if I wanted to start on the back 9 to have a chance of finishing 18 holes. I took him up on his offer and was able to complete my round. Be sure to stop by the restaurant where the service is fantastic and just as friendly.

Very nice course and staff! The on-site professionals took time to show me around the facility and they support veterans! Fast greens, well maintained course, somewhat challenging but views are AMAZING!

After reading positive reviews we booked a round at Stono Ferry. Granted they are in a drought so grass is thin and sparce. Pace was pretty good as we finished in under 4 hours. Staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our round but $140 was too high a price for this track as we paid less at the other 3 courses we played in Hilton Head that were similar or nicer.

Unlike most golfers , I'll be the first to admit my game requires much room for improvement! In other works I stink. However as a 74 year old golfer, playing on a beautiful course in South Carolina I am not one to complain. A very nice, well maintained course run by nice folks. A bit more pricey than others in the area but far less than anything on Kiawah it makes for a most enjoyable day . Nice clubhouse, cold beer on tap, what else can you ask for.

Very nice course. Very nice pro staff. In great condition and well laid out course. Terrible rainy weather let to cart path only which was aweful. In my opinion it is way overpriced. Probably wouldn’t play again at $130

Stono Ferry is 5 stars in every way! From Director of Operations Greg and his staff’s above and beyond service, to the absurdly good condition of the course, and the routing is beyond special! Especially holes 12-15 that run along the river… if you are in Charleston give it a look. PS — the group now also runs Tot Hill Farm in NC which is incredible!

Stono Ferry is basically my home course. While I do play other courses in my area, I feel like a member when I come play around or hit the driving range. There are so many good people that work there including Chris, Peter, Sophie, Phillip, Greg, Cameron, Richard and Andrew that take great care of me when I come to the course. They are a PGA HOPE site which is a program that is near and dear to my heart.

I played the Links at Stono Ferry a few years ago while on vacation at Edisto Beach. Conditions were very good and I really liked the overall look of the course. I'll definitely play there again when we are in the area!

this is definitely one of my favorite courses in all of the Charleston and surrounding areas! it is comparable to some of the private resort courses. conditions are good. views are close to unparalleled on the back. nine some of them on the stono River with carries over marshland are just wonderful! Don't get me wrong. this is a very challenging golf course for my understanding. college of Charleston place here so it will definitely challenge anyone's game. I would say it might be the best course you can play for the money! if you're ever in the area, I would highly recommend you seeking out s…

Greens were rolling good. Tee boxes could use some work. The practice green needs more holes cut. The clubhouse is spot-on with a. Men's locker room and shower. The course layout is spectacular and historic. Seemed somewhat overcrowded and slightly overpriced.
