Town and Country Golf Club and RV

I stayed there for a few days after my mother’s surgery to help her and it was a very nice place. The owners even brought us some food. Very friendly group of people out there. I feel great about her safety there in that park. Very nice and I even had a nice swim in the pool and hit some golf balls out near the back.

I absolutely love this park and living here for 10 years and my mother lived here before me for 32 years. We’ve never had any issues. It’s always been well maintained and lots of fun. Lots of activities dances get togethers to play cornhole and other outside games! There is a pool table and ping pong table in the rec hall! I was down with an infection in my knee and had so many wonderful people stopping by with food and kind words! I hope to live the rest of my days here!

We stay here twice a year and we are treated as if we are part of the family here. Love this place!

The male senior owner has issues that involve yelling at people and threatening them. I spent 1. And 1/2 winters but left as I did not feel safe there when he went off on me. I didn't know ihe was stable or if he would become more violent. His wife Mary was well aware of his outbursts

My husband & I decided to take a leisurely Sunday morning drive to the country to look at Town & Country. We live in our permanent home in an RV park in Zephyrhills we will be selling after having left California living there for half our lives, 30 yrs. We visited a yr ago and spoke to one of the handful of permanent residents who was very friendly and told us the owner had purchased a few homes from people who were unable to sell and perhaps he would rent out short term. After four physical visits and numerous telephone calls, which were call forwarded an 813 area code, went to a recording saying that the mailbox was full, we have yet been able to get in touch with Mary. On our first visit the office was locked so we asked a man doing some work there and he left her a note to call me. On our last visit the same man told me that this is not a trailer park it's an RV resort. Ok I'm using a RV he then said that that they don't rent out to RV people in the summer. Huh?. Extended our stay for a couple nights, loved the park! Had a nice big site with a lot of room! Mary was wonderful, friendly and very accommodating! Highly recommend, it's a real gem!

Very clean homey well managed rv resort Mary Hawkins and her family are incredible the pool is always clean and there is always planned events . Reasonable rates and close to shopping. Very well maintained.

The people here are very nice but if you have read anything about there being a golf course on site there ISN'T one. This is an older park with narrow streets and a TON of road noise so think twice before you come here.

Visited last week. Well maintained park. Residents seem friendly. Booked a space for next month.

We stayed for a month. Very clean park with friendly people. We did have an ant problem and had to bomb the inside of our RV after we left. Did not have ants before our visit.
