In summary

Plum Creek Golf Club is generally appreciated for its friendly and engaging staff, well-maintained fairways, and challenging course layout. The practice facilities are highly regarded, and recent renovations, including GPS monitors on carts, have been well-received. However, some visitors have expressed concerns about the pace of play and the condition of the greens, noting that the course can be busy and occasionally overpriced for its current state.

Your staff is great. Jack in the pro shop is always welcoming, in a great mood and full of laughs! Cart service providers out on the course great personality talkative and engaging. Made the round enjoyable, kept us hydrated and laughing!

I have played many rounds of golf at Plum Creek and really enjoyed the course and for sure the staff. After a long time gone I played the other day with my wife and this time the entire place has changed (very professional) and the course great. Again, the staff was great. Jack, for sure for I have know him for many years and he is great. I am looking forward to playing more and Plum Creek will be the main one. Very nice guys, keep up the great service. Love Plum Creek, they're really doing some great things to keep that course in pretty good shape, there are some flaws but its pretty good. Its a little crazy that a public course cost $100 to play. Are the conditions of the course $100 worthy, not in my opinion. Otherwise, everyone in the shop is awesome. Cart girls and the bar are awesome. Practice facility is probs best in Austin area beside CC’s

Excellent tee boxes, greens and bunkers. Fairways are full and course is a great layout ! Very decent time to play 18 holes. 3 hours 15 minutes. Worthy of playing again.

I’ve played Plum Creek plenty of times, but my last round left me scratching my head. The greens? Not even green! Tee boxes were practically jealous. Patchy, full of dead spots, and rolling like they had a mind of their own—it made putting feel like a game of chance. I brought a friend for my birthday, and we left a little deflated. Here’s hoping Plum Creek remembers how to be the course I know and love—because I’m definitely curious to see those greens back in action.

In the area visiting a High School friend. Myself and 3 others really enjoyed the course. Very nice. Well kept. Public course so the round was a little slower than normal. Challenging course, hit the fairways! Ice cold beer and beer cart girls helped the round.

Great course but it plays really slow. If you have 5 hours to play this is your course. On the other hand the course is in great shape and my son and I do enjoy playing it.

Great course, but busy. Pro shop and starter were great. Greens need some love, though. Overall, glad we played but a bit pricy. $50 for a 130 on Friday. Great layout and I would recommend playing at least playing once. Thanks!

The course is in very good condition and the greens were fast and running true. Pace of play could use a Marshall. Didn’t see a Marshall the entire round and the twosome in front of were playing horrible. Two young guys hitting from the tips when in reality they should have been playing from forward tees. They spent a lot of time looking for their lost golf balls. A Marshall could have sped up play. The associate at front desk was extremely slow and looked like he was t at all familiar with the check-in process May 27 Had my brother visiting from Alabama so we played Plum Creek. My previous c…

$92 round and for the shape of those greens.. ouch. The first few were just crazy bad. Some were in fine shape but only 6 or 7 of them maybe. I really like plum creek and have played there many times. It’s disappointing that the green fee is that high for the shape it’s in. Obviously no warning either when we checked in and paid.

As someone who plays Plum Creek about twice a week for the last year or so its disappointing to see the trajectory the course is going in. Lately it's been 5-5 1/2 rounds, terrible pace of play on Friday 3/13 we had 4 groups stacked up on 10 and it was 35 minutes from walking off 9 green to hitting a tee shot on 10. I get that the game has grown a ton but I think its time to get back to the way it was pre covid where a marshal actually kept an eye on groups and made sure the pace of play was proper, the fake GPS warnings on the cart about pace of play aren't cutting it. As a PDP member I reall…

Course was in good shape. Greens were pretty quick. Tee boxes very nice. Staff was friendly and worked well with pro-shop being remodeled. I will be back to play again in the near future.
