A long challenging course. Love playing it. The Pure Michigan wildlife is super fun to take in as well. Deer, geese, ducks, turtles, hawks, woodpeckers, loons, cranes, squirrels, rabbits, ground hogs, fish, all making the course a fun and scenic place to play.

Not sure where some of the people who have commented on the greens are coming from? Yes, they have had some issues the past couple years, but we played today and the greens for the most part were in immaculate condition. The course is in wonderful shape.

Had 3 tee times scheduled for weeks on an upcoming Saturday. Got a call the day prior that we couldn’t do a scramble with our groups. According to Tracy (aka Karen) who is the manager, “they” have done “studies” that show a scramble is slower pace of play. Certainly with a big outing that would be true but we’re 3 groups with golfers from single digit handicap to those shooting 120. She said if we scrambled out there the owner would have us removed from the course. She also said it said no scrambles on their website but as you can imagine it’s not called out in any obvious way and they took th…

For a Michigan Fall the course was in impeccable condition. Staff was friendly as always.

The website suggests this place is upscale. Contrary to that statement, the owner, as he called himself, drove onto the course in something that appeared to be a POS, doorless, paintless Geo Tracker. He was rude, argumentative, disrespectful and lacked basic customer service skills. We were a party of 5 that booked to play 9 holes. Our goal was to essentially hone our skills for the up coming season. It was not busy, early in the morning and early in the season. We suggested the party of 1 person behind us to play through, and would have done the same for any that would have shown up should our…

Great little course with an interesting layout that's sometimes devilish. Greens were in great shape. Trees were plentiful. Food was not. That would be my only gripe. The price is more than affordable. The location is hidden. There's not a lot of terrain in that part of the state, so it's pretty flat, but it's still fairly scenic. And staff is friendly.

Great course that allows long and short hitters to shoot extremely low. Course conditions are great shape compared to others

Just played today. The course was so badly maintained. Leaves covered greens and fairways. No one was clearing. Had enough after losing balls off the greens. Complained at the pro shop and the young man said they don’t have enough employees. Payed full rate. Terrible.

I really like this course. It has a great layout with some challenging holes. The price is a great value as well.

Course was in pretty nice shape except where there had been some obvious flooding. Greens are painfully slow. A few of the forward tees could be a little more forward. Very long par 4s. Otherwise, it's a pretty course. Nice scenery. Pleasant staff at desk & concession.
