Snow Snake Ski & Golf

We drove up from Lansing to check out Ski Snake for the first time - fantastic hill for beginners/kids! My 9 year old went from being afraid of the chair lift to riding it and skiing down alone. Close and abundant parking, clean facilities, great snow, friendly employees… we had a great time! Easy drive and right off of the expressway. We will be back!

Great way to spend time with family or friends! The staff is notably lovely and hospitable. They welcomed us, walked us through the process and we were on the slopes in no time.

Fun times Snowtubing, $25 per hour, warming area, would like to go back!

My daughter took her first ski lesson today with Casey. He was wonderful and my daughter had a great time!! She's only 3 so we're looking forward to many more adventures in skiing!!

I am not someone who leaves bad reviews—honestly, ever. However, I can confidently say this was my first and last trip to Snow Snake. I want to start with the one positive experience we had: the staff inside the rental building were genuinely kind, funny, encouraging, and helpful. Great if you have your own gear. Waste of money & time if you have to buy/rent anything other than a lift pass. The outdated boots make the whole experience terrible & the counter staff will treat it like it’s your problem with condescending questioning. Then after patronizing go “oh but NEXT TIME just ask for a different shoe, wE hAvE 5 dIfFeReNt ShOe MoDeLs BaCk HeRe”. This was my first time ever coming here. How am I suppose to know this? There was nothing extra in my boot other than my own socks to obstruct my foot. Mind you they just continued repeating the same questions & answers aft…

We had a fantastic day today and it is a beautiful place to ski. I also want to give a huge shout out to the ski patrol. Our daughter had a fall on the hill and they were to us immediately to check on her and help anyway they could. I was very impressed with them and how professional and nice they are! 10/10 will definitely be coming back

Always a fun time here with the nicest people and the most reasonable rates! After moving across the country 15 years ago, we still choose to come here when home visiting over any other hills. Great staff, great setup and always the best to learn for young adults.

Awesome fun for me and the family!!! My ski instructor Allie was so nice and helpful getting me back on the the slopes. I haven't skied in over 20 years and wanted to introduce my children to it. We had such a blast. Can't wait to come back. LOVE SNOW SNAKE!!!

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE EVER!! The employees were literally the nicest people ever! Shoutout to Hunter and Keegan who made this such an enjoyable experience! An additional shoutout to the employee who loves monster drinks and has the best energy, and the one who loves emo music is also fabulous!! I would definitely recommend this place to all my friends!

First trip with the family to Snow Snake. Pleasantly surprised with excellent conditions, varied runs from simple learning magic carpet run to chair lift runs. Long and easy rope tow run. Kids and parents had FUN. Excellent staff, rentals, concession/break area. Looking forward to skiing there again!

Nice golf course, greens were receptive and putted well. Fairways are tight so hit them straight.
