In summary

Turkey Creek Golf Course is appreciated for its beautiful and challenging layout, with well-maintained fairways and interesting greens. However, visitors have expressed concerns about the staff's attitude and operational issues, such as strict pace of play enforcement and inadequate amenities. Some guests also noted problems with course conditions, including poor drainage and cleanliness, as well as a lack of military discounts and issues with booking and communication.

Beautiful course. Down side, have to have carts in 15 min before closing, and people don't pay attention to what ball they are hitting. Had multiple people try to pick up our balls. I know this happens at a lot of courses. No fault of the course. Challenging holes with a beautiful layout

Course Review: Turkey Creek Golf Course As a frequent golfer and someone who organizes corporate outings regularly. I’ve come to expect a certain level of professionalism, hospitality, and operational efficiency from a golf course and how it should be presented. Unfortunately, our recent 18-hole round at Turkey Creek Golf Course was very disappointing and fell short in expectations. Pace of Play & Management Approach – 1/5 Our group consisted of seven players, divided into a threesome and a foursome. Each tee time averaging approximately one minute per player well within reasonable expectat…

Really like this course. Solid 4 stars. Weekday twilight rate $24 w/ a cart. Creek is involved on most holes. Greens have interesting contours. Holes 14 and 17 are my favorite. Par 3 hole 8 is the only hole I don't like. Train track runs through the course, which is cool.

Love this course and it was in great shape this time of year. This is where I got the only Hole in One I have ever gotten in My life.

A decent public course with water challenges at several holes. The desk staff was efficient. The course lost one star due to cleanliness along the course.

They took away military discounts, and there is no reason groups should be booked minutes between each other. You now have to pay for an extra person even if they are not golfing. The ball cleaner at hole 6 was also broken and empty.

First let me start by sharing my booking experience. I found a hot deal on Thursday on GolfNow for a 3pm teetime on Friday. Booked no problem. Showed up the next day at the course after driving 40 mins to get there. First impressions is the place is a dump. They have hand written signs everywhere with the “rules”. The clubhouse (if you can call it that) is completely ran down and reeks of old cigarettes. I told the guy at the front desk that I was there for my teetime and he pretty much flipped on me. Said GolfNow shouldn’t have been booking those times. As if it was my fault… didn’t offer any…

Pros: fairways and tee boxes are in good condition. Greens are usually pretty good although many people don't repair their pitch marks. Cons: the clubhouse is a little shabby and smells a little like cigarette smoke but I've never ordered anything so I can't speak to the quality of the food. Pace of play is usually between 3.5 and 4 hours but about a quarter of the time it takes 4.5 hours to finish 18. There is no driving range. This is a pretty typical municipal golf course so expect a casual atmosphere (most people will not be wearing a tucked-in golf shirt and employees are a little uncou…

Too many people are booked, or the golfers don't understand the pace of play. Greens are in terrible shape.

Fun little course. It was pretty wide open and cheap. couple issues are the bunkers weren't very well cared for, probably just because its so early in the season.. and the carts were absolutely atrocious. you want to go straight? turn that wheel all the way to the left.

First time going To this course, played a full 18 holes for $22 which was pretty fair I think. Cart paths were pretty rough but it’s nothing too bad. Navigating the holes was a little challenging, if it were up to me I’d add more signage. The staff were also quite friendly. The bad part and the reason I would reconsider coming back is the people that play here. It seemed like every other hole I had a course ranger coming to express a “problem” with us concerning another golfer. This ranged from us “taking too long to T-off, parking too close to the T-box, parking on the green” all of which ju…

Decent little course. Some interesting holes. Nothing fancy. Bare bones carts don’t even have wind screens. Avoid the Legendary Sports Bar as they are legendary for ripping you off. Went in there before a round for 2 Gatorades. Bartender says 8 dollars. I said no thanks, I’m not paying 8 bucks for Gatorade. Her one word response…”Whatever”.
