In summary

Coyote Creek Golf Club is widely praised for its beautiful, well-maintained course featuring challenging layouts with rolling hills and elevation changes. The staff is noted for their friendliness and accommodating service, and the club offers good amenities, including a restaurant and driving range. While most reviews highlight the excellent condition of the greens and fairways, a few mention issues with some bunkers and greens needing maintenance, particularly after adverse weather conditions. Overall, it is considered a must-play for those in the Peoria area.

Okay first off let's talk about the course. It is unbelievably beautiful and very well maintained. I felt like I was playing in Jurassic Park. It was exceptionally beautiful. The fairways were so nice that your ball would roll out for days with your drives. The greens weren't PGA fast but they were fast and they rolled as true as a green can roll. I'm from Tennessee and that course is over 7 hours away. I played deer run in Iowa while I was staying in Illinois and I played it a month before the John Deere classic so it was in the top shape. I genuinely enjoyed coyote Creek quite a bit more th…

Very fun course and in great shape. Rolling hills and a lot of elevation changes. Dont even think about about walking. Front 9 has a lot of tight fairways with ravines and trees along the edges. Back nine is more open but still challenging. Loved it and I will go back!

Our men's league played here a week ago from Chicago definitely a great course tough-as-nails from the forward tees or the back tees I'm sure! If you're in the Peoria Illinois area you definitely want to put this on your list to play before you go back home you will not be disappointed Price is Right it has a restaurant, driving range, and it definitely nice golf course.

It was easy to get locked into a tee time and then when checking in the gentleman behind the counter was friendly and very helpful. The course was in great shape considering how hot it's been for an extended period of time. I enjoy the challenge of having to place your shots well to avoid getting into trouble. Good fun course.

This course is in much better shape than a few years back. The stretch of holes 2-4 are not easy. Back on the course management and the reworked landscaping on the parade 3 #11. A fun and challenging course with pretty good food to boot. If you are in or around Peoria make your way to Coyote Creek, you won't be disappointed.

Coyote creek is an amazing gem just outside of Peoria. The course is extremely well maintained while allowing nature to showcase its beauty throughout. I highly recommend this course as it is challenging, very well designed, and spacious enough to make an error or two and recover. Most of the holes are straight overall with no much dog leg action, but the way the course is setup makes it feel like you are walking back in time! Such a beautiful course and very reasonably priced in the afternoons with cart.

The course was in beautiful condition despite rain some prior days. Greens, fairways, rough were perfection. They have ball cleaners on every hole, and tons of giant ice cold water jugs throughout the course. First timer at this course and was beyond impressed.

One of the most beautiful, yet most difficult courses around. Hole #2 is particularly challenging.

I play here often and the conditions of the course are fantastic. Best value around in my mind! From tee to green, everything is in great condition. For a public golf course, some of the best greens you'll play throughout the area. This is a relatively short course but it demands you bring your "A" game each and every time. A great course for outings too! My true rating would be 4.5 stars.

Played this course 1 week after 4 inches of rain and an 1in of rain 2 days prior. First time here and was very impressed This place is great. Elevation changes, quick greens but you can control your golf ball. Bunkers were excellent. It challenges you to be an accurate hitter. It has alot of technicalities that make you get in the golf bag. Played from the blues and its just shy of 6200 yds. Course drains very well but it was still damp in spots which was expected. Hidden gem imo. Had good pace of play and there are some holes you can go score on. If it's on a list to play go play it asap won'…
