Great course! The videos online will have you think it’s harder than it really is. Yes there’s water, but fairly wide open. Challenging but fun! Club house and starters can make or break your experience. Everyone here was accommodating and friendly.

Believe me, I know the photos of all the water on the course look daunting, but this is such a fair, playable and a beautiful course. I’m honestly shocked to see some of the negative reviews on this course. Golfed here December 2 after it rained all morning. The starter, a gentleman from Long Island, NY, was a pleasure to chat with before our round. The snack bar girl was very sweet, she served us lunch and drinks at the turn. The course is awesome. Fairways and greens are beautiful. A lot of neat undulations throughout the course. Course GPS would be nice but the yardages were pretty well lai…

We had a great round here. Found the bag guys were super nice and helpful. The course was in great shape. Just aerated the greens, so they were a little bumpy. Lots of water, but manageable if you can have a little control. Pretty scenic and back to back island greens on the back 9. Got a free lunch ticket that included 2 hot dogs. chips and drink. The play was pretty good. We had to wait a few times on the front, but just briefly. Would definitely book here again.

Golfed here today Dec 31/23 and had a fantastic day that started off great right from the time we dropped off our bags, the starter was super friendly & explained everything to us as it was our first time at the course. The course itself is in fantastic shape for the time of year, green fairways and 95% green roughs as well. All of the staff were phenomenal & friendly as to be expected 😊. Pace of play was great, got held up a little bit at the 16th but not a huge deal as we were almost done. The scenery was amazing, I think the squirrels are in steroids though 😂 as seen in the pic as I've neve…

Loved the course. Lots of water on the holes, which is nice. Fairways and greens are in great shape, although the greens were a little slow, but a lot of rain has fallen recently. A little bit of weeds and stray grasses that don't belong can be taken care of in the rough, but all in all, a very nice layout. Would play again.

One of my favorites in Myrtle Beach. We played in mid April and the course was in great shape. Water is very prevalent and adds an element of risk / reward on many holes. Very reasonable rates and they threw in lunch. Great value.

Played here yesterday on April 26th, The course was in great condition. The greens were a bit slow but got a little faster by 11 am. The clubhouse is super nice, and the food area is super clutch for grabbing some breakfast before the round.

My golf group were scared to play this course because of all the water. We were shocked. A great course. The water is always in play however it placed in a way that you don't see it all. A real thinking course. Lots of fun holes. We cannot wait to go back next year. Oh and the free lunch and 2 drinks was a hit.

Pretty good condition although I didn't receive an ice towel as others on here have mentioned. The turkey cheese sandwich was good thanks for two free beers and sandwich that was nice at the turn. Had plenty of time as they don't send people right out the be keep about a ten or fifteen minute delay from group to group so that was nice as well. They actually kept me as a single which is what I'd prefer I hate being paired with others I just like to go out on my own listen to music not too loud of course and play a round at my leisure.. heck I even found 4 pro v1x's when I caught up to the fours…

Today was cart path only and we were a 2some. There was a 4some in front of us that were comprised of tourists. Unfortunately they did not really do well with the CPO as each time they had to traverse the fairway they went without clubs which took an inordinate amount of time. I stopped at the cart barn and Steve the pro was there and I explained the situation to him. He looked at the clock and said they were not behind and he would not go and tell them because he did not want to interfere with there game. All I asked him to do was educate the inexperienced golfers. He was adamant and said no,…

Booked a 130 tee time for 2 people after time change that is about 4 to 4.5 hours until dark. They had tee times stacked up sending groups off both sides. We had a group of 6 three groups ahead of us. They had nobody in front of them most of the round. We talked to the employee that came around about making them split up or pick up the pace and he said they allowed groups of 5 and 6. We were told a cart girl was on the course and would come around but she must have been invisible because we never saw her. We were unable to finish our round because we ran out of daylight. Had to stop at hole 14…
