I stayed in the lodge which was well-equipped and had a wonderful breakfast the next morning. The course itself is an excellent condition in the spring and is more than challenging for the average golfer. Would highly recommend this place for overnight golf outings.

In looking for a home in the Baden Lake area, we spent some time at the Old North State Club. Designed similar to Pebble Beach Golf Course the patio view out over the lake is stunning. The club house has a nostalgic feel of the Old World with a quaint coffee bar and dining area. There is even a gentlemen’s sitting area that is reminiscent of an Old World smoking lounge.

Attended a wedding here. Unfortunately, the remnants of a hurricane made doing things outside impossible. The staff was able to move things inside and it was beautiful. The food was fantastic! My favorites were the Mongolian Beef and the Mac & Cheese.
