In summary

Pearland Golf Club at Country Place is generally appreciated for its well-maintained fairways, friendly staff, and good value, with amenities like GPS-equipped carts adding to the experience. However, some visitors have noted ongoing issues with the greens and occasional slow pace of play. While the course layout is often praised for its beauty and challenge, there have been mixed reviews regarding the condition of bunkers and cart paths.

The course was very wet today. As an Anniversary Member I play here often. I have been playing through the rough shape of these greens. I have been told that the team is working the greens, but I see a little progress at best. The greens have been struggling for some time now. So on the back nine there is only 1 green that is good and that green is #11. The other 8 greens are not so good. See the pictures. I do not recommend you come here and pay full price Don’t go to Clear Creek either. They are on 18 temp greens. You can only throw so much sand and aerate so many times before you need to do…

Starting to get a little expensive but a very nice course. Well kept. Nice clubhouse. Quick service for food. When you're making the turn, I'd recommend this place

This golf course offered a great golf experience. From the staff on the ground to the condition of the course itself. Tree boxes were decorum decent condition fairways were very good shape, and the greens just a gem. My only discomfort was a slight odor and I couldn't put my finger on it but it was slight so not a real big deal. But it was present. Atmosphere was very pleasant. Cart paths could use some repair in certain areas. Highly recommend this course

The course is in pretty good shape. Then the rain started pouring today and the fairways began to pond.

Played at this course last weekend and had a blast. The course doesn’t have a lot of water or any big traps making it a little easier but it’s a beautiful course. It was well kept considering it rained the day before. Was cart path only but overall a pretty neat course that was packed. Golf carts were a bit beat up but had screens which is nice to see at a public course.

Starting my second year as an Anniversary member, what a great deal. Last year the greens had a lot of issues but they're back in shape and can be seriously fast at times. It's a relatively short but very narrow course. Pearland GC demands accuracy, recovery shots and great putting. Everything I need to work on.

2025 -October at the response of the golf club, I came here with 2 friends today, the greens and course were in great condition. What a turn around! I’m super pleased and will put you back on our play list! Thank you. Dennis Houston Players Club - Meetup group. 2025 update the greens are pitiful. Won’t be returning anytime soon. 2023 I had a pleasant experience here on Saturday. The fairways were a bit wet from the recent rains here so it was cart path only. We managed ok. The driving range was closed for similar reasons. Overall the golf experience was good. The holes were pleasant snd chal…

A friend and I booked a hot deal this afternoon at 12pm. I checked in first, older tall white lady checked me in. When she noticed a booked via GOLFNOW hot deal she made a snarky comment stating “We love hot deals around here” while almost rolling her eyes. She handing me the cart key and I wanted to take a look at the hats, I hadn’t taking more than 2 steps when she asked if I could please move the cart so they don’t get confused and I explained I want to look at the hats and she stated she assumed I was going to the grill to grab a bite to eat. 1 thing is assuming and the other is judging so…

The course looks great! They struggled with the greens a bit this summer, but they’re all in great shape with a beautiful time to play golf. Also, the club sandwich in the grill is the bomb.

Great course, friendly staff, even better pricing. $250 for a one year membership with $10 green fees. You cannot beat that

I played my first round in 8 years here, so I can't speak much to the quality of the course, but it seemed pretty nice to me. Pricing was very reasonable and included the cart, which is updated with the big screen and electronic score card. I'm gonna be back.
