What People Say

In summary

Pomme Creek Golf Course, now repurposed as a park, is praised for its extensive walking and biking trails, scenic views, and well-maintained grounds, making it a popular spot for outdoor activities. Visitors appreciate the addition of workout stations and the park's transformation into a dog-friendly area. However, some find the entrance directions confusing, and there are mentions of maintenance issues on the paved trails, such as cracks and overgrown grass.

The wide open space doesn’t give the impression of a park. Walking paths run along the edge, beside the creek on one side. Adding more trees to the central areas would create a different, more inviting park atmosphere.

Great use for a former golf course! The land is in a flood zone, and it was too expensive for the city to continue maintaining it as a golf course, but it's wonderful for walking and biking! The towers of power and railroad bridge really enhance the experience! There are also several workout stations for those who want to stop and exercise along the way! Buddy and I will definitely return!

This park is beautiful. If you are trying to find the entrance on Jeffco, look up "Arnold Hike and Bike Park" on Google Maps instead. It is the same thing and will actually take you to the entrance where you can park. (The other entrances Maps shows for Pomme Creek kept taking me to subdivisions that backed onto the park, but not the parking lot.) There is a Johnny on the spot at that entrance as well; that is the only restroom available to my knowledge. Mostly flat, a few slopes due to it being a former golf course.

Nice place to walk! There are some picnic benches and work out stations along the path. Nice use of the old golf course!

Google maps did not take me to the park. It took me to a residential area that was scary, just a dead end. A nice gentleman told me to go back out, go left, down the road there's a divided highway you had to pass the park turn around come back and drive over to the park, which has a very weird entrance and parking. This is just a dog park from what I can see. Just a dog park and a trail around it. FYI if you have small children, I see no place to play or anything for children. I did not get off my car, so as far as I could see it on the Birdseye view hillside there was no play equipment just a…

What a beautiful place to walk or ride your bike. Not overly populated. Since it used to be a golf course ot is still very well maintained

Really cool gold course that’s turned into a park. With Bodyweight workout machines scattered about and a cool find with painted rocks usually hidden around the tracks to walk or run or even bike in. A great space to ride bikes or skateboards and such. Highly recommended !! 😎💙

As a former golf course, there are lots of paved, concrete walking paths. While the city of Arnold is taking good care of it now, there are few trees and picnic tables scattered around.

Really nice park. Perfect walking paths that meander thru the park. Two different entrances, the first is off Jeffco and the other is on Tenbrook.

What seems like endless paved walking trails, decent scenery that was previously a golf course, quiet area, not used much. The downside is that the paved trails aren't very well kept up with. Huge cracks that are only getting worse as times goes by. Grass growing over the concrete throughout the park.

I had an incredible adventure with my furry friend when we visited this fantastic place. I couldn't believe my eyes when I first walked in, as this once-upon-a-time golf course had been transformed into a sprawling dog park perfect for our needs. My dog was ecstatic as he ran around and explored every inch of the park. I was in awe of the sheer size of the place, and the beautiful greenery surrounding us made the experience all the more enjoyable. We played fetch, ran around, and even made new furry friends. It was an unforgettable experience! I highly recommend this place for all the fur-pare…
